COMPLETE fuel system for LS swap! G Body SS Monte Carlo

Started Installing an in line fuel pump on my ss g body Monte Carlo. Went ahead and did the whole fuel system. Fuel filter, fuel lines, fuel level guage, fuel pressure guage, which is important for running a Ls swap. Fuel tank and fuel sending unit.

Are you using a stock fuel pump and then using the in-line fuel pump after that did you get a baffled tank?

No, the stock fuel pump on a gbody Montecarlo is a mechanical pump attached to the 305 engine. The stock pump will not push the 60 psi needed to run a Ls engine. And I’m not sure if the tank is baffled. Its a factory replacement tank so if they baffled from the factory than yes, if not than no.. thanks for the comment. Hope this helped

You should have ran an intake pump while you were in there they're pretty cheap like 30 bucks guarantee you going to go back in there other than that it looks nice

I’ve done a in-line pump over 20 times with the factory tank on a g Body. This method I guarantee to work with no problems. But thanks for watching, and thanks for the comment!! Stay tuned!!

@@Nutflame55 I haven’t even got my motor installed yet. But my brother has a 86 SS and he running the same set up with no problem, on my el comino and my cutlass I ran the same set up with no problem. Not sure what issues your having.
