For example, I, and probably many people, like to watch the beginning of an anime I've already watched without unnecessary words, because I know what it represents and I don't have to talk about it. What counts is the feeling itself and this was clearly shown in the material. After all, it's for feelings that we watch channels that react to things we love, right? We want to see someone feel the same way we felt when we watched it not only for the first time, but also for the second time and beyond. Of course, it would be nice to hear some substantive comment, but for me it is not necessary.

Re:Zero and Konosuba authors are best friends IRL so it's normal. If you remember, in the Frozen Festival OVA, Subaru talks about the Winter shogun and it shows the one from Konosuba. In Isekai quartet Subaru and Kazuma are buddies too. Also i believe seeing a bunny with a horn in Konosuba Megumin flashback season (in her crimson village). I think they are the same bunnies of Re:zero, just Crimson demons are insane and are OP, so they one shot them.

These are really fun seeing you pickup on all the foreshadowing with characters like Elsa or the witch cult. I’d even be down for a Re:Watch. AOT and Re:Zero have one thing in common, the rewatchabily. it’d be interesting to see how you feel about Subaru from after the fight with Emilia till the conversation with rem and the episode where Subaru says goodbye to his parents with context Hope “what you don’t know” from episode 23 will also be coming soon as well as the endings! Nooo without lyrics 😭 It doesn’t play in a scene you might got it confused with theater d or straight bet because they’re also myth & roid but they’d osts not openings or endings I think the hands actually represent Betelgeuses unseen hands since there’s many of them. Stella’s hands usually only is represented as one hand I think on one occurrence maybe as two reaching out I think season 2 is just a lot to process while watching because while answering questions it raises 10 more at the same time and problems just keep piling up while in season 1 you have 3 very distinctive arcs with distinctive situations Subaru has to tackle Not gonna spoil any specifics but your wish with season 3 might be granted it starts a bit slow like season 2 but then it’s non stop till the very end I really understand your impatience haha but white fox the studio that’s making Re:Zero is on the smaller side and im glad they got to take their time this season and release a product they can be proud of and stand behind. Season 2 was quite plagued by staff shortage and a short production period where they had to draw scenes from home starting at episode 6 and split the season up in 2 parts. Realistically fall so half a year from anime Japan in March if we get an official announcement What you read about was Anime Japan the biggest anime event where new seasons and other news get announced. Re:Zero is on the Red stage again which is the biggest stage with most of the big the voice actors for the characters that play a role in arc 5. Last year that’s where season 3 and the teaser you watched got announced, so in 2 months hopefully we know when the official announcement of the studio, the staff involved and how many parts it will be because supposedly it’s enough episodes for 3 cours. So 3 11-13 episode parts for season 3 since it adapts arc 5 which is on the shorter side and arc 6 that’s only a bit shorter than arc 4 that also took up a whole 2 cour season with episodes stretched to 29 minutes So without opening and ending if we say 22 minutes is the norm 11 more minutes of content each episode To explain the long waiting times, the studio didn’t expect it to be such a big success but also there was no content to adapt. Being a Re:Zero fan is suffering indeed. For this season white fox had to restructure itself first to take on such a big project end of 2022 they also moved to a new studio and been constantly hiring. The light novel is currently at arc 8 so after this season ends there’s enough material for at least another season so this time if season 3 is successful there should be nothing in the way from starting production sooner for a 4th season No worries loving this series almost enjoying it more than your initial reaction haha

Re-zero definitely has a tremendously high rewatch value. And the desire to better understand the world has driven many of us to the novels. All the Re-zero openings and endings are tremendous in terms of music. Regarding spoilers in openings, we actually got a selection with the 4 here. the 1st Re-zero opening is almost purely symbolic, It only has some minor character spoilers, but by ep.4 all of them have shown up and you will get next to nothing from the opening itself. Incidentally, Re-do is engraved in my brain. the 2nd and 3rd openings have out-of-context spoilers. Stuff like Crush facing the whale in the 2nd, and Subaru's parents appearing in the 3rd. However, you will get very little out of watching them before watching the show because it is out of context, so they are still fine in my view The 4th opening has actual anime events spoilers in the opening with it ending with Subaru and Beatrice arriving to fight the rabbits. It's the kind of opening I sometimes hate in anime. However, this is largely mitigated by the fact this 4th opening does not actually play a single time until over halfway through the 2nd half of season 2. So the direction of events is largely predictable by the time anime viewers get a chance to see the opening.

the myth and roid opening never plays during any episode, two other songs, straight bet and theatre D which played were made by myth and roid the first opening of season 1 also played as an ost when subaru fought the big dog in the forest, to protect rem and ram, and then roswall swooped in to save them all. the first ending song of season 1 played in the finale episode, after subaru saved the carriage from exploding and emilia gave him a lap pillow the second ending of season 1 (stay alive) was played when julius and felix killed subaru when he was possessed by betelgeuse in episode 23 the first opening of season 2 (realise) played when otto fought garfield in the second part of season 2, not the first . and also when subaru used the unseen hand, the sloth witch factor, to punch garfiel

Yes, we did have to wait for 4 years, season 1 came out in 2016, while season 2 came out in 2020, but also got split cour, and the second part for season 2 was just released in January of 2021, but at least, as a fan of both Re:zero and Attack on Titan, it was amazing to see both animes weekly in 2021

Around 4 years between seasons is pretty normal in anime, common range is 2-6 years. Some shows like One Piece have been airing for 25 years, whereas other shows have had crazy long breaks between seasons "Full Metal Panic!" for example had a 13 year gap between seasons. And apparently the longest gap between "sequels" is 100 years, "Namakura Gatana" came out in 1917 and "Namakura Gatana: Kunoichi-hen" came out in 2017.

I came back to the show again and this time i was really hooked on this story i read the web novel i was blown away by the length of the story in these 3 months all my free time was for the show I watched everything from theories to analysis of the story. This is the first show that made me watch so much English content and it really opened my eyes to know that 2 seasons with 50 episodes and 2 ova are only available. 20% of rz content is really looking forward to the whole story getting an anime maybe in 2036 😅😅

2:55 I think you're getting Elsa mixed up with Mexican cuisine. S3 is predicted to come out at the end of 2024 or in 2025, because White Fox is currently working on Sengoku Youko (3 cours) - but it is possible that they'll juggle re:zero s3 and Sengoku Youko if they have help from another studio.

Seeing as White Fox, the studio behind Re:ZERO, are currently taking on a 3-cour long anime at the moment, some people are speculating Re:ZERO might start near the end of 2024 or start of 2025. I do hope it gets here sooner of course, but at the same time, I want them to have ample time and resources to make season 3 the best it can be.

Long shot is my favorite opening of Re:Zero. The way the lyrics simply play out with arc 4's plot is just amazing. I greatly recommend reacting to the full song with the lyrics. The authors of konosuba and rezero are very good friends and the two have confirmed that both series take place in the same universe..! By the way, these reactions after watching the series are great and I really support the idea of seeing your reactions for the second time to this series. It is incredible the amount of things you realize and how from the beginning of the story things that do not seem importance comes back and they make you feel stupid later for not noticing them😂

One can also get a hint of Subaru's character development from these series of openings. In the first one, everywhere was dark and Subaru was not at all confident, had no perspective of this world and just did random things. But as you move on to the 2nd, 3rd and so on, you see the background is getting lighter and Subaru is getting more determined and confident (even from the look of his eyes lol) than the previous ones. At the end i just want to say that Re:Zero is a MASTERPIECE!!😂 I enjoyed every reaction of u for this series and hope u would react to the OSTs and insert songs as well😊

This show is definitely the one that got me into reactions for exactly the same reasons. I've rewatched it a few times with friends I've introduced to the show as well. The best part is watching the twists and them developing their theories while you sit their grinning, which makes me extra confused why people spoil things in comments.

It's really fun to see you react to the OPs after watching the series. There are lots of anime OPs that have meanings that you wouldn't get until you watch the show and I love rewatching the OPs for that reason. There's also the feeling of nostalgia especially if you watched the OP everytime you watch an episode. I watch reaction channels for that reason as well: to see if others felt the same way as me about something I watched. And also to watch someone see the show for the first time. It's like relieving the feeling through someone else. I'm gonna be honest though, when I watch most reaction channels, I skip to the good parts of the videos. Yours, and like, 2 other reastion channels are the only ones I watch the whole way through cause you guys have something to say and aren't just emoting lol. I know it feels like a lifetime waiting for a new season of a show you like to see more of but you're watching so many anime series that by the time it comes out, you might not have felt the wait as long. You'd have so much to see in the meantime. I know FMA Brotherhood OPs should be rewatched as well but I also want to see you react again to the OPs of the original FMA anime. Now that you've seen Brotherhood which is the more faithful adaptation, it'd be interesting to see if you could spot the changes they made in the original 2003 series by watching it's OP. There are a lot since many things haven't been made in the manga itself at the time.

Really enjoyed this journey through Re:Zero with you, seeing you fall in love with this series and go through all of the different emotions I went through on my first watch was very cathartic. Especially love to see that you picked up on Satella's "Aishiteru" in the third opening, seems like the language lessons in the comments paid off after all :). Now we'll all be waiting for season 3 together, but let us reunite when the time comes!

March 24, Kadokawa will have a big Re:Zero's panel with all the VA's, so yeah something big is coming. The rumors and leakers were saying last year that Re:Zero will adapt a huge part of the light novel, if correct we will have at least 36 episodes.

If you realize in opening 1. Theres many character that glitched so much. Thats meaning of their different possibility of future. And you will realize that rozwal has pretty clear glitch on his face thats mean his possibility is clear as one only (cause his follow the book)

@@lunereclipse5732 lol im sorry dude but thats just how it is. the anime covered 4 arcs in total, arcs 5 and 6 will hopefully make up season 3 and we only have arc 7 left, since tappei is still writing arc 8. and he recently stated that instead of a total of 11 arcs, re zero will be having 14 arcs. at best, it takes him 2.5 years to finish one arc (not counting 1,2 and 3 since those were much smaller) so for him to finish the web novel, its gonna take him 13 years.... for 6 and a half more arcs ... yup we gonna be waiting half a century for the anime to finish

@@aissaaissa3080 the lack of source material my dude, mushoku's novels are over, the story is done. back when season 1 of re zero came out, the content for season2 wasnt even written yet, the web novel was ongoing and so were the light novels. when season 2 released there was the pandemic etc etc but we got it done. and the material for season 3 was also kinda finished by 2022. they announced season 3 in 2023 so they did waste a year but thats about it. they just wasted one year. which was the time from 2022- 2023 untill they announced the teaser and production of season 3. also mushoku only has 25 volumes, re zero already has 36 volumes and its gonna take another 20 to finish the story

Regarding Re:Zero Season 3. The official news we have thus far is that Re:Zero S3 was in production (announced AnimeJapan 2023) and that Re:Zero will have timeslot at the biggest stage of AnimeJapan 2024 (like they did in AnimeJapan 2023). That's all that officially revealed. There are some reliable leaks and solid speculation on what the time line is. The gist of it that it seems very likely that the release date and possibly staff and studio information, and another key visual / trailer will be released at AnimeJapan 2024 (in March). The reliable leaker has stated that White Fox is going to be the studio (which makes sense, since if it was another studio then we'd probably see something more by now, since White Fox had a lot of difficulties retaining staff / they went to other projects). Now if we assume that White Fox is still the studio (not a given) then the earliest we'd see Re:Zero is Fall 2024, because White Fox currently has a 3 cour anime airing right now, and given that they just hemorrhage talent, they aren't in a position to air 2 anime simultaneously. But that's just the earliest Re:Zero S3 could air. The leaker said that it wasn't going to be 25 episodes, and that people would be happy with the episode count and the key visual they gave out in AnimeJapan 2024 had arc 6 characters in it, so that strongly implies that we're getting more then 2 cour. 3 cour seems to be a reasonable expectation, though 4 cour might also be possible. Given that it's going to be 3+ cour very likely, it seems like it may end up that Re:Zero S3 doesn't air immediately after the current White Fox anime finishes airing. If it doesn't air in Fall 2024, then Spring 2025 would be the next most likely date. Since it lines up with characters birthdays (something they originally planned for S2, but Covid messed up). TLDR: More info coming in March, likely late 2024 or early 2025.

Your movie analogy is spot on. Especially for season 2. It takes a while for it to settle, especially when you start taking a look at web novel content that wasn't included in the anime like how the magic system works. Like I sswear to god, when I first finished Re:Zero it was like my top 10, as time went by it climbed up to being my favourite anime. It's like one of the only two animes that I would call a masterpiece other than Mushoku Tensei. Season 3 will probably be out at the end of 2024 or start of 2025. Luckily the first season didn't end with "Who's Rem?" scene and that was just added into the director's cut XD

Yes endings or insert songs like Ram's one in season 2 ep 23 - "What you don't know" would be really nice to see you react to ! I think that if you could have the lyrics on these ones could be even better as these songs (just like Attack on Titans ones) are conveying emotions/words from specific characters. If you do rewatch Re:Zero, which may not work to make videos out of, but is totally worthwhile; I recommend watching it in the English dub. The English VAs recognized how amazing the voice acting is in the original, and really delivered amazing performances to meet that bar. It makes it more immersive for native speakers and you will catch even more details. Even if you don't post it in videos, I really do recommend at least a 2nd watch. Love your reactions though! You are really good at piecing together details and clues about shows!

we didn't get the "who's Rem" ending for S1, that was only for the Directer's Cut (that came out the same year as S2). We just got the happy ending where Subaru and Emilia were sharing a nice moment in that grassy field. Makes you worry about if they cut a cliffhanger from the last ep of s2, doesn't it?
