I'm more than halfway through. I find both the narrator and story quite compelling 😊😊

Books 1 and 2 are written and read very well! Starting with book 3, the reader is a completely different person and looses all the characters accents and the writer seems to be a completely different writer even though she is the same. You get what you pay for.

I tried to like this book, i really did - but i can't suspend my disbelief and skepticism that far. Why leave a place that had been safe for 4 years to go to the possibly most dangerous place possible when she didn't have to. Hard pass for me.

To men listening to this, if i remember correct the first third to half is good until it is written like a cheap romance novel. I mean it goes from bad ass action thriller to talking about the thrills of bad boys in the course of an hour.
