Billy, I personally want to shout you out as employer of the year! You have demonstrated great qualities as an employer that have grown your channel not just that you have taken on such a gargantuan task of renovating this convent but by treatment of those you work with almost every day. The fact that you allow for flexibility for Simon and Alex to come and go when needed without a hassle is commendable but to house Yanis and give him such a thoughtful gift of an electric bike goes above and beyond thoughtfulness. You gave him independence and freedom. You have given him so much in on-the-job training, room and board, transportation, and now a bike....opportunities few bosses give. You have set him up for great success and made him an honorary member of your family. Kudos to you and Simon. And kudos to Yanis as he has worked very hard and taken every opportunity to learn and be grateful with grace and a deep appreciation. I am always happy after watching your videos because you have great content and great comraderies' between everyone, every day! That is so very rare. I hope you all take a moment to really appreciate what you have because it is so very rare.

Happy Birthday, Yanis!! As always, Billy's generous heart thinks of family & friends first. What a great bicycle!! I LOVE the tires!! We live next door to permanent open space, here in a Southern California suburb. That mountainous space has some green -- established trees, bushes with deep roots. Because we have a semi-arid climate, lots of brush. Huge boulders. And many hiking & biking trails. Our youngest son & a friend run the hills when they visit. 13.1 miles before starting their day. & many mountain bikers, some who have told me that each day after work, & of course on days off, they are riding the trails. They encounter rattlesnakes crossing the road, bobcats, lots of wild bunnies. The coyote are too shy, but we hear them singing many evenings. & we are in mountain lion country. Very exciting: the WORLD'S LARGEST WILDLIFE CROSSING is well under way, as part of the wildlife corridor that passes through our hills. The Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing. Crossing TEN lanes of a busy Southern California freeway! We are next to part of the Simi Hills end of the corridor. And the research & fundraising, & building permits, started years ago. Dear Billy and crew, I watch a lot of KZbin channels and yours are among my favorites. I want to bring attention to something important for you, your crew, and the viewers who may see this comment regarding spray-foam sealants. It's terribly important to wear eye protection when using spray-foam. The material is typically urethane, which has the unique property of curing in the presence of water or moisture. If you get it on your skin it cannot be removed by any means but eventually it "wears off". Unsightly, but not harmful. If it gets in the eye, the moisture present in the eye will accelerate the cure and it can ONLY be removed by an opthalmology surgeon. The risk of permanent damage to the eye is very real. I know you're all safety conscience in your work, but this particular hazard has consequences that are very severe. Imagine for a moment all of the ways a "freak accident" might occur. Please everyone, wear eye protection when using spray-foam.
