Where do you find the Schedule A. I don't think it's available in the forms online. Your videos are outstanding. Thank you so much

what about the respondent's application - form 2

I believe you are referring to a "Response" to an application, which is completed by filing Form 2. The process of completing a response is very similar to completing the human rights application - Form 1. The main difference, of course, is that the response provides the respondent's version of the facts. I have made a note to prepare a separate lecture on how to complete Form 2 and will post it in the near future. By the way, all of the forms relating a human rights application can be found at: www.sjto.gov.on.ca/hrto/forms-filing/.
