Complex DOOM + LCA - "Knee-deep in the dead" playthrough (UVMax)

This is the first in a series of videos I want to make, which is basically a playthrough of the The Ultimate Doom and Doom 2 IWADs using Complex Doom + the Legendary Complex add-on.
I know this mod is not that popular, but I have to admit that I love it, and ever since I discovered this thing, I haven't played Doom without it. What I really love about it is that it has a lot of weapons, and it's totally over-the-top. Death is always around the corner, and most of the time it doesn't matter how much health/armor you have, you just meet a legendary enemy in the wrong place and you're dead in less than one second.
As always, the run is far away from perfect, there's some mistakes here and there, and also I make a big fuck up in E1M6 near the end, so I had to kill myself and start the level over. Note that there's also a little "bonus track" at the end, since the final fight with the Bruiser Brothers wasn't that exciting xD

Nope, for Complex Doom.

But a huge chunk of the weapons are straight out of PB. Are they not even getting credit? It's basically One guys enemies and PBs firearms.

HotaruZoku I have no idea to be honest, but complex Doom has been around for a while (since 2013 if I'm not wrong), so it could be the other way around. Maybe project brutality borrowed some stuff from here.

HotaruZoku complex doom is a mish mash of a bunch of doom mods. Project brutality, extended beastiary. And a few others. That’s why it’s so complex. And I’m not sure if they give credit or not. You’ll have to check the mod page. Either way it’s an amazing mod, and people using other people’s creations isn’t all that uncommon in the doom modding scene. Brutal doom and project brutality are used EVERYWHERE just for their gore effects and weapon models alone.

pb and be took sprites from this. 2nd these sprites existed before complex doom was created. That's just what cd creator desided to use. Lol . But both pb and bd moved on from them and added new sprites. The sprites are open to public. I could take the autoshotgun sprite and make it act like a pump shotgun. Or make it fire rocket launcher. Complex doom creator didn't create the sprites either. It was famous just as brutal doom. Truth is it's down to authors choice. Sprites don't equal gameplay. Brutality painkiller was probably inspired of the look by complex doom. And features. Just like souls and green armor bits u pick up. So project brutality is more really complex brutality. Lol
