Nobody talks about how good the interviewer was at listening and asking the right questions
@2023awakening
@2023awakening 3 жыл бұрын
I'm honestly tired of seeing this kind of comment whenever an interviewer does his job correctly. Yes he was a good interviewer. Yes he was good at listening and asking the right questions. That's his job. We shouldn't praise people for doing exactly what they are paid to do. Nothing extra special or over the top with him. He's just a really good interviewer. As the thousand others that are out there. Another person might say if he was really a good interviewer he would have a better job. I like this guy's interview style. It was well done. But you don't go to the cashier at Target and say let's take a moment to praise how well you rang those items up.

@@2023awakening it's just in a time where we're flooded with a bunch of youtube channels and everybody just interviewing with 0 knowledge, it's refreshing to finally get a professional on the spot. Many people have jobs, not all are great at their jobs, but when we find someone great at their job; appreciate their quality of how they do it.

I hate the fact that the Sneaker Shopping segment racks up thousands of views, yet we have the Blueprint, with actual in-depth, valuable jewels that these creative visionaries drop. Lessons that a lot can use to build with other then just preoccupied for flexing with a pair of shoes. Not saying I don't rock Jordans or NBs, but make your status in society great with your grind and knowledge. Apparel is secondary. Salute to Ronnie Fieg and Complex for another Blueprint!

Well yes and no. Anyone can be put on by someone in a position of wealth and power. Not anyone though can create their own brand and design their own products that resonate as much as he has. Everyone does not have that creative spark, passion, and vision to create like he said. That was his passion, not to make money because he could have continued to work for David and made tons of money, and or work for other large brands and make bank. He was more passionate about creating products. That is hard to do. His brand sparked out of his products which is also unquie because it's the opposite of how it usually happens.

Man, lots of people hatin' on the man because he's a jew and he had a hook up. The "hook up" you're refering to is also called an "opportunity". The fashion/shoe designer turned brand are the most interesting come up stories. Complex should have told more of these type stories on the Blue Print series. This interviewer is great because he's knowledgeable and doesn't kiss ass or ask lame questions. It's too bad that shows like Blue Print aren't shown attention like Sneaker Shopping or Full Size Run . I enjoy shows like this one so much more than those
