Wow, this is brilliant. I wonder why so few people have seen it. Perhaps Systems Academy needs greater Integration.

What do you mean by "integration"?
@viswavijeta53625 жыл бұрын
Systems Innovation perhaps he meant you have some interdependent elements missing in your system that can expand your integration with the rest of the world by creating some relevant +ve externalities. Your system needs a synergy booster so does mine.

I would like to use some of this information in both a leadership course and in my leadership course. How can I do so? Who and how would you like me to cite? Also, could you direct me to some of your source material? Currently, I am reading Business Dynamics by John Sterman.

So if the stars in a galaxy form a spiral arms as emergent feature, how do those stars achieve differentiation and interdependence? Aren't stars are like bricks in the wall? Then can be moved around and replaced by other stars with no problem? On the other hand a football team is so specialized that as a system it looks more like a man designed machine (relationship designed) rather a system in which there are millions and millions of elements with emergence (or pattern, or function) appearing spontaneously? If a system is so stiff with the relationships between its elements that can't rearrange/evolve , is it still a complex system? Aren't we talking about 2 different types of complex systems? If we do, than maybe it is not good to generalize (with that synergy and specialization) because then it is misleading for understanding all the complex systems?

Balance between integration and differentiation among constituents create +ve synergies. Over specifications can lead to collapse some day that’s why diversification induced integration is must. There is a Sanskrit term for this called Achintya-Bheda-Abheda means inconceivable oneness and difference.

THE DNA OF A BACTERIA HAS CODE THAT CAN BE WRITTEN AS BOOK OF CODES. STILL IT DOESNT EXPLAIN HOW LIFE BEGUN WITHOUT CREATOR BECAUSE NO EXPLOSION CAN CREATE A JUMBO JET.
