The fact that Jerry's Nike collab was paying homage to the 80's/90's "Golden Era" for sports is what makes it so iconic. The passion he had as a child is incorporated into his shoes and clothing, and it's a passion that can be felt by those who support him and his brand. And the fact that it was with NIKE made it that much better, it's unfortunate that he moved to Adidas. But I'm excited to see his creative spark evolve and transition over to the | | | stripes.

This collaboration is something that the basketball, streetwear and sneaker culture really need in this moment.I love Virgil Abloh, he is my favorite designer, and what he is able to do reinventing the classic Nike and Air Jordan silhouettes but what Jerry is doing has a special meaning in it that I can't really explain but I can feel it. That's why I love this collaboration I hope to have in my collection one of these sneakers and clothes, or even better everything.
