BH's have a timer on how long they can pull a weapon. That's a glitch that always happens if a projectile inside a BH bounces. When that happens, the visual data of the game thinks the timer on the BH restarted, so it will continue to pull as if the timer was restarted, but the real projectile is actually still continuing to travel, you just don't see it until it lands
