Another way you could do this is to assign the screen’s face(s) to an image texture (the footage you want to be on the tv) then make it emissive so it actually affects your 3d scene realistically.

Thank you! Yep this will work in monitors like that as well. That monitor has the opacity on the smudges and scrapes turned up, less of a shiny reflection, and the video feed looks like it also has some blurring in the aberration
