This is a great video! I have this with my partner and was scared of it bc some website said that this was doomed and the relationship will inevitably end blablabla. The thing is, what you said makes total sense to us bc we are both very uranian, freedom is one of our most important values (personally and in a relationship), and although it can be hard sometimes, we genuinely want the other to feel free within the relationship. So maybe we are not doomed after all bc each of us individually strives for this. Yay! :)

I have this aspect with a dude that had been in and out of my life until I broke it off last year, when he went cold. He is the Sun and I am the Uranus, he was also still very attached and still married even though he said he was divorced, (Neptune square Venus) I found out he was off and on with me because he was still trying to work it out with her. His Mars/Venus/Pluto are in my 8th house, so you can imagine the disappointment and betrayal I felt. On the other hand, it forced me into a death and rebirth, where I was forced to work on my childhood abandonment wounds (Moon square Saturn) and I am more rooted in the spirit than ever (Moon conjunct Neptune) and it taught me my worth and helped me to confront my shadow. I have an 8th house stellium and Lilith in Scorpio so apparently these types of Plutonian connections are catalyst for my soul growth.

I have this with my husband very tight 0.5 degree. So far we're 11 years together with kids. She's Wright that feeling of being unable to plan for long-term because every time things happen outside circumstances and the direction change like changing country, work... . "We're inspiring each other for greater freedom" : Yes exactly, this describes really well my relationship (7 years now). We feel secure in the freedom we give to each other. At the same time, we are very commited and loyal to one another. Please don't be scared if you have this aspect with someone, it can really works and be beautiful. We also have moon square uranus composite. I think you can have a future planned out even with this aspect. But it feels like the future is unpredictable, not because of the behavior of the partner, but because of external factors. I think that maybe in our particular situation, the square represent the fact that my partner is older than me, and that means that my future as an ageing woman will be unpredictable. It is scary, but at the same time I know that the future will be very different than how things are right now, and I can take my time to accept fully this idea.

Thank you so much for the video Jewel, I requested this specific composite aspect so it made my day to see a video on it! I definitely agree with everything you said. I met a guy at a new job recently, and he seemed to express interest and I was infatuated right away. We have this aspect and when I met him, I thought, wow he can't ever be tamed, but he also brings out the wild side in me so I may be okay with that! But then, he disappeared and I heard he's working on a temporary project at another location! I was surprised not to see him at work the following week but I guess it goes with the unpredictability of this aspect. We also have A LOT of Jupiter going on and strong juno conjunctions in synastry. My ASC is also conjunct his venus and our moons trine in water signs :)

My partner and I have this in a wide orb, but we are in fact in an open relationship. We have good aspects, and some harsh, for example we have 0 degrees orb venus opposite pluto in composite, and I saw my dark side come out when he wanted to explore polyamory. For some reason I am ok with being open but the deep emotional bond has to be sacred and between us. So sharing him with another relationship-wise would not be possible for me imo. BUT we both want to allow for open/swinging/ENM.

Spot on! This is a square by sign for us and yes we have had an open and long distance connection for 4 years. Haha yes we've baked up a Freedom Cake so to speak I LOVE that. it's tough hahaha. definitely manifests as a percieved distance between us. we have a very very strong connection and we've said the big "i love you" but we probably never gonna date exclusively LOL. we are both very attached and very much on the same page, extremely compassionate toward each other (his capricorn moon, conjunct my capricorn rising) and basically all our other placements are opposite lol. it's an intense push and pull.
