...how do you make sure the depth of each of the compound mortise is the same length?

There are a number of ways to set stops on the PantoRouter®. We have set them off the back of the workpiece and of course the Swing Stop is terrific to set off the front. The depth gauge is set to make each mortise and tenon the depth and length you choose. If that doesn't answer the question, please let us know and we can setup a video call so we see your workpiece on your PantoRouter® and offer suggestions. Happy PantoRouting!

We use stops, either front or rear. Super-easy! Please give us a call to answer all of your questions. (877) 333-7150

Thanks! Part-2 will have some really different ideas. These have been very useful stools at our house and we hope our PantoRouter community build more of them.

So sorry, Derek. We have yet to edit the video and post it. We promise to get to it soon and we'll post in our newsletter when it's up.

Do you guys have plans for 4 legged barstools? Or would 3 be stronger?
@johnh50082 жыл бұрын
Three legs won't rock on an uneven surface like four legs might.

We don't at the moment but we're always looking for interest in other projects to demonstrate the ease of complex joinery on the PantoRouter woodworking machine. We'll bump a 4-legged stool higher up the list! Thanks!
