I think the airplane mode myth came about because people were being disruptive on flights, and stewards/stewardesses got sick of arguing with them (about connectivity and being quiet) so it became airplane policy to bar cellular devices from being on the plane. And it's easier to tell someone that we'll all die if they don't do it than to tell them it's a policy. Source: my mother is a flight attendant

Just realized CompTIA has more than 1 certification. :( this was extremely helpful but I needed the security one xD Well I still might rewatch these and take proper notes because it seems really useful.

Yeah they have many. The most popular ones being A+, Network and Security+ but they also have many others. Some of them are less well known to the public like the CTT+ which is when you become a certified IT trainer which is what I had to go do many moons ago. They all have the plus sign in the name for some reason though. Not sure why CompTIA does that but I should probably go google that one day

This is the perfect example of how fast technology "improves" "This day's there are almost no phones without a micro SD slot" Well that's not true the correct sentence is : This day's we are having less and less micro SD slot . Manufacturer's ditching it becouse they don't get any money out of it . But they can sell you the same phone for 100£ more and they give you 200-500 GB internal storage instead of 80GB . Also I'm frequently flying from UK to Europe or Asia , but was never asked to turn off my device . Just to put on airplane mode ,what most people don't even know how to do it as I noticed , or not doing it. Despite that I never blew up in the air , so yah I think it's just a what if. security.
