I did this mega scaled (regular sit ups and 25 lbs) and it was rough! It took me 19 minutes.

Ok i have watched this before but i thought there was already a workout named "300" which comprised of 25,50,50,50,50,50,25 rep scheme or is it named slightly different?

Who is the athlete here? Did an incredible job, especially on the dumbbells, strict CTB got tough though

Did this today, it was extremely hard. Trying to log my terrible score in BTWB. Anyone know what's it's called in there? There's a 300 workout listed but its not this.

14:53. TZstrength programs basically everything in this working including all of DB movements regularly so this was a cake walk.
