Use it outside though if you’re cleaning your filters.

Right I am getting rid of my bagless and getting a Sebo! I’m sneezing just watching that!!
@callumevans08012 жыл бұрын
Sebo are brilliant mine grooms the carpet and the bag doesn’t need emptying as much as bagless, also my Nan has hers for 19 years now so they are reliable.

I have one of these but the model name is called just "2.0" same brand and thing though. I think I got ripped off on mine. Although it works, it emits a very VERY noxious melting plastic odor, so badly it starts making me very dizzy. I get a headache that lasts several days. I thought it was just manufacturing odor and it would work itself out - nope. Something seriously wrong with it. I just stick with my age old tool - the air compressor.

More dirt in the Dyson than there was in the dust cup.
@ClassicGOD2 жыл бұрын
It was overfilled. When Dysons get overfilled more dust is starting to accumulate in the cyclones. That being said - I usually clean the cyclones by tapping the cyclone part (purple in this case) against my hand while pointing the vacuum down every time I go to empty it. Thanks to that when I give it a deep clean using my CompuCleaner like once a year it's much less dramatic.

Does seem to work well for what it is even if you need for to keep the button on with your finger . Does seem to be nice for vacuum filter clean ect be interesting to see.

That air duster has a vacuum cleaner fan/motor - fitted/positioned in reverse, as you said that some vintage vacuums have a blower connector for the hose on the outlet, someone thought “how much air do these vacuums blow out, if they are so efficient at sucking up dust?” and they studied a vintage vacuum and was amazed at how much air was being blown out - without the bag and exhaust filter fitted and then invented this cheap air duster. As for the claim that it will overheat if powered for long periods, is weird,

Did you power on the Dyson while blowing it outside? It sounded like you did but wasn’t totally sure! Would it damage the vacuum in the long run running it while blowing it out?
@ibaisaic2 жыл бұрын
No, you can’t turn it on with the filter removed.

@@ibaisaic I haven’t stopped thinking about this video of yours since commenting a month ago… so tonight I just ordered one of these air dusters! Very excited to clean my Dyson cordless now!

I think this is a clone of the Metro computer duster. They made a bunch of ESD safe high velocity blowers just like this before going out of business.
@kc50772 жыл бұрын
MetroVac is still in business and makes Electric Dusters and they have a real on/off switch too. MetroVac is more expensive because they still make all their products in New Jersey.

Question.. My mother has a Shark Apex vacuum, and while we love shark vacuums and have had Shark vacuums for a long time, she absolutely hates this one because of its size and weight. I wanted to get her a new vacuum for Christmas as a sort-of secondary cleaner for her since I'm soon to move out and she won't have someone there to clean for her. I was looking at the Shark Wandvac System, but wanted to get your opinion. Any suggestions?

It’s a bit noisy and needs emptying after each use, but it’s very light and good for quick pick ups. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fWOndoCOiLt7pLs

Well, if that Dyson V10 is rarely used and has that amount of dust I can't just imagine the dust that my 5 year old Electrolux UltraFlex vacuum has, it probably has a half kilogram of dust inside 😂😂😂
