you are not suppose to plug in more than one attachment connector.. both the 20/24 and CPU are to be connected at same time but the attachments connectors are only one at a time. (read the instructions) Also LL is Lower than Min values or no voltage and HH would be higher than max. Manual: 1. Plug-in 24pin and plug-in (P4 / P6 or P8) connector into the tester before turn on power. - 20pin ATX PSU: use P4 connector. - 24pin ATX PSU: use P6 connector. - EPS PSU: use P8 connector. 2. Turn on your power supply 3. LCD show each voltage and P.G value on the screen automatic and you can hear 2 beep sounds. 4. ATX power output connector checking one by one. - If power output is working, the LED will light on - If power output failed, the LED will not light on. 5. Plug-in (HDD/Floppy) connector and check LED light. (+12V1/+5V). 6. Plug-in SATA connector and check LED light (+12V1/+5V/+3.3V). 7. Remove the connector after your checking. 8. DO NOT plug-in 2 connectors in to the tester at the same time. ( Only 24pin and (P4/P6/P8) 9. Abnormal voltage detected will not display on the screen. 10. No voltage detect, "LL" will display on the screen. 11. Detected Voltage lower than Min. value, "LL" will display on the screen. 12. Detected voltage higher than Max. value, "HH" will display on the screen. 13. When detected voltage is lower than table value (A), will alarm. 14. When detected voltage is higher than table value (B), will alarm. 15. P.G value detected lower 100ms or higher 900ms, P>G value is abnormal and alarm. When abnormal happened, it will alarm and relative digit blink on the screen.

They even have a motherboard tester for $3.49 USD. Might have to pick one up just to check all the old PC boards I have laying around like the 486 etc. One day I'll get around to building that Mame cabinet for arcade games for my Foster Brother to have a blast with.

Steve, I think you'll find that you should only plug in one peripheral connector at a time in addition to the motherboard power connectors.

Hello there, What does PG mean? I bought one of the testers through your link and tested my computer. Everything checked out except the PG - mine read 0ms. What does it mean when the PG is 0ms? Thanks

i do hope in the last 8yrs you figured out it was beeping and flashing because you had no CPU power connected (p4 connector)plugged in, the floppy, molex, and SATA connectors only read via the 3 LED that light up if good the 20/24 pin ,4/8 pin p4,and 6 pin PCIE power connector show up and read on the LCD only and if low or high it will flash and beep the one that is out of spec's easy as pie. and i will tell ya the Chinese cant read English and the spec's that they go off sometimes are still well in spec so if it beeps at ya check and make sure it is a bad voltage before ya right it off.

Well I'm not sure but since the video is pretty old at that company does not even have computer testers or even a free one at that matter but the video was informative but other than that can't find that power tester or does somebody know.
