Hey. I have ordered one which doesn’t have the battery leads. How do I attach a battery to it?

Battery leads are included inside every panel as shown on our video. If you have received a panel without leads you should contact the supplier with details of where and when purchased.

Hi, my alarm shows two yellow lights - a power supply fault and general fault. This error just popped up out of nowhere do you know what it could be?

Sounds like the internal batteries are low and need changing.

What's the difference between a Ctec CFP standard and economy fire alarm panel?

Unlike our Standard CFP fire panel, the CFP702E-2 is NOT compatible with CFP repeaters, relay expansion boards or EN54-13 interface cards. It also has limited engineering functions.
