With Story 2 original poster should actually try to find some way of suing and getting back at this job workplace for wrongful termination and firing because they didn't even give you a heads up that you were fired. I would get documents and even use emails to your advantage if you can and if at all possible see if you can get any of those other co-workers that ended up having problems to back you up in court because that is not acceptable and inappropriate behavior and I definitely believe that there was some favoritism going on and probably some other issues so you have every right to go ahead and Sue and try to get what you deserve because that place was definitely not on your side and you deserve better.
