Conan Gets Sandwich at Stage Deli - 2001

First Conan has a soup and salad combo, but then upgrades to his own sandwich at the Stage Deli in NY.
Update: The Stage Deli apparently closed in 2012. Oh well, no more Conan Sandwich.

He lacks some of the enthusiasm he used to have, although maybe those were all clips from Friday shows lol A lot of the old clips he seems so wound up and full of energy, now he just sort of sticks to the same routine. Not saying he is worse though, I am a huge fan.

both Conan and that owner are so damn smooth - at 5:44 Conan gestures towards the sandwich with no intention of shaking that man's hand, the man realizes mid extension that Conan was just gesturing but keeps his hand out to receive, and they both redirect attention towards the sandwich and complete a butter handshake while referring to the object in focus as if it were all intentional. that is the definitional opposite of a handshake fail and simply oozes total self-assuredness
