They have always done this though. On days when there isn't a lot of new content, they usually upload a "classic Conan" episode, there are probably hundreds on the playlist of them for this channel. They also upload old videos of people who died, and people who are guests on the podcast. This isn't squeezing out views, it's business as usual.
