@@FloedekageWell, I think you'll find that Gestapo, or the Geheime Staatspolizei as they were better known as, was originally created by consolidating several police agencies with various tasks and responsibilities. And while it's true that it was headed by Heinrich Himmel, who was of course also heading the SS, it was in fact a separate organization not directly answering to the SS. Most people erroneously lump all the different arms of the Nazi regime together, when in fact it was a complicate web of interlocking parts.

Come on, Jordan knows it was Nealon. The whole thing about schedule fall back/ in a rush is reality; they probably shot the stuff late and Nealon layered it into the skit & Jordan too. Also Jordan brought in Dana Carvey's name intentionally to tease Nealon who don't get along with Dana. It's like a Bulls fan asking a Cleveland fan, how LeBron is doing this year. And the thing about Jordon saying "I treat him as equal" is another dig at Nealon - Conan's strained relationship. I bet that Hank Flynn comment has a backstory. And Nealon hates it when people say his style is "dry" even if it's meant in a complimentary way, which I don't think Jordon did. So this is a skit with 3 guys who have complex relationships with each other , doing a skit which is semi real.

@NPark-ne4ii Though coffee is now a global commodity, it has a long history tied closely to food traditions around the Red Sea. The earliest credible evidence of coffee drinking as the modern beverage appears in modern-day Yemen in southern Arabia in the middle of the 15th century in Sufi shrines, where coffee seeds were first roasted and brewed in a manner similar to how it is now prepared for drinking.[3] The coffee beans were procured by the Yemenis from the Ethiopian Highlands via coastal Somali intermediaries, and cultivated in Yemen. By the 16th century, the drink had reached the rest of the Middle East and North Africa, later spreading to Europe. The two most commonly grown coffee bean types are C. arabica and C. robusta.[4] Coffee plants are cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in the equatorial regions of the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, and Africa. As of 2018, Brazil was the leading grower of coffee beans, producing 35% of the world's total. Green, unroasted coffee is traded as an agricultural commodity. Despite sales of coffee reaching billions of dollars worldwide, farmers producing coffee beans disproportionately live in poverty. Critics of the coffee industry have also pointed to its negative impact on the environment and the clearing of land for coffee-growing and water use. The seeds of the Coffea plant's fruits are separated to produce unroasted green coffee beans. The beans are roasted and then ground into fine particles typically steeped in hot water before being filtered out, producing a cup of coffee. It is usually served hot, although chilled or iced coffee is common. Coffee can be prepared and presented in a variety of ways (e.g., espresso, French press, caffè latte, or already-brewed canned coffee). Sugar, sugar substitutes, milk, and cream are often added to mask the bitter taste or enhance the flavor.

Watching Conan and Nealon is like watching two musketeers in a friendly duel. Their rapier wit and nimble wordplay is on full display, but neither deal any malicious wounds intending to draw blood - this is an exhibition after all. Conan immediately sees the obvious trap set by Nealon ("... jerkin' this guy around on his chain ...") but he wants to see where he goes with it and ripostes with, "You don't say jerkin' a guy on his chain ...". Nealon's counter-riposte is so unexpected and potent it fells Conan AND Smiley, his second (to continue the duel analogy): "... not here in Fallbrook". Halt! Conan, the seasoned duelist, remembers Nealon's move and uses it against him later: "I don't know what the terminology you'd use". Brilliant! It cracks me up every time.
