The dungeon idea is really nice. I hoped that the Al maraya fortress be placed in a dungeon in the same fashion which is seperated from the main world. Then what FC did was to put it in the center of the map, making it a lag hole

Agreed, I like the idea of Al Merayah being in the overworld but the execution is rough, I'd rather have taken a cart to an instanced area

I still cant understand how Funcom hasnt taken the chance to add the Barachan Isles maps from Age of Conan as a prelude of a character to show how they became an exile. Huge missed opportunity

They're additional, when you download them they'll show up as a separate map in the map list when you start a new game

Hopefully one day, the devs said they want to, but I imagine it's not the easiest task in the world to get Sony and Microsoft to agree to the same terms

These maps show that Funcom just doesn't want to give the community what they're asking for. The fact that modders can create maps bigger than the Exiled Lands shows that Funcom just doesn't want to do the work.

Creating a map is a massive task, especially a new map that is fully ready for play with dungeons, POIs, lookt, unique mechanics etc. WBTB has probably had hundreds if not thousands of hours put into it and is still super early in development, it's nowhere near as easy as just slapping a map together, even for Funcom 😂 I'd rather they spend the time on a north-eatern expansion and better permanent features, and maybe just adopt Savage Wilds officially

I would rather them just optimize the game, fix bugs, and make good new maps rather than the random updates they are doing right now. I really liked the isle of Siptah and I just wish it had more of a story and an ending.

I wish they would take some time to develop a story that links the Exiled Lands and Siptah. They already have in-game events, but it would be great to allow us to travel back and forth between different maps using cluster servers, similar to Atlas or Ark. Edit: I made a post in the suggestions forum for Conan Exiles here. If you like the idea, drop a like on the post and reply. It helps get the post noticed, and I would love to hear why you would like to see this added or, on the flip side, why not." It won't let me post the form post L.

Why can not funcom add such content in their game, and rely on modders to keep everything alive, while they break everything patch after patch?
