I am confused- imaging my femur head; if I extend my hip, surely the head of the femur moves anteriorly (infront of me because of the convex over concave rule). But you said that hip extension causes femur to face anteriorly?

Does the "slide in the same direction as the mobilization" rule also apply for "concave moving on convex?" thanks in advance!

yes it still applies. the concave-convex just determines which direction it would be taking (opposite or same directions of roll and slide)
