Working in a tire shop i see this all the time. Guys bring duallys in and get these huge tires in rear and complain it messes up transmission or doesn't ride like a Cadillac

The bigger tires wouldn't hurt the trans if they would just re gear the rear, but the diesel guys never do. The trucks have enough power that that they get away with running 3.54s with 37in tires, until they actually try to do truck things with them.

I don't understand why people can't just drive their vehicle. If you wanna put 37s and a 5 inch lift on it, you should learn how to do your own work. And no, 90% of the people with these big dumb truck never use them. Almost every time I get in someone's "super sweet" f250, it's always pristine.
