This is actually a decent fact check, coming from someone who genuine concerns about chemtrails since I've noticed a change in the sky, clouds and weather since what appears to be constant barrages of chemtrails. I only have one question I would really appreciate if someone can answer it? Why after days of chem/contrails does the sky get covered in a blurry blanket of nothing, followed by rain a few days later. Once the rain has dried it leaves an odd green sediment which is magnetic??

In 1988 Conair water bomber company in Abbotsford in Canada had a contract from the military to build eleven prototypes of chemtrail delivery systems. They built them in the welding shop in hangar number one next to where I was working as an aircraft maintenance engineer on the Turbo Firecats. I get a laugh out of listening to people who have never been near a system like that in their lives and know nothing about it and think that they are somehow an authority on the subject matter. Those systems were built to fit into Hercules C130 aircraft, etc. I don't remember seeing any of the naysayers in the hangar while I was working there. Angela Merkel and Macron have been photographed in Airbus planes loaded with chemtrail delivery systems and Angela Merkel has a doctors degree in quantum chemistry... not a coincidence. My uncle Jerry worked at a spy agency. At one point, he was tasked with "whooping" people to the secret headquarters. "Whooping" means a type of transportation method that is inconspicuous and fast. if you are trying to figure out whether this really is a thing I might add that when you see a trail that lasts about 30 secs or is relatively short (Normal contrail "Condensation Trail") and it dissipates with no residual cloudiness look at the altitude of that aircraft and then find another aircraft at the same altitude in the same general area and it's trail is lasting for 30 min or more and has spread out into a huge cloud then you can rule out atmospheric conditions for sure just out of common sense. Contrails never use to last that long. I use to not pay much attention to this whole idea or even put much credence in the stories until I really started watching and one morning woke to 46 crisscrossing trails in the sky that all spread out, this went on for several weeks and that season ended up being really hot and dry and we went into draught.

At this time the UK is experiencing a heatwave, day after day of blue skies for weeks. For the first few days there were no plane trails, the sky was bright azure blue, visibility; excellent, my windows were clean, the air was a pleasure to breathe & while bike riding my mouth remained moist. Then it started; day after day after day of 24 hour plane trails which merged & covered the sky. In the next few days the haze descended to earth & it has remained as the plane trails have continued (I live by the coast and the visibility is easy to see across the bay). The sunshine is now hazy, the visibility is poor, the air is not pleasant to breathe, while bike riding my mouth constantly dries & my windows that were clean are now covered with a film of fine white/metallic dust. This sequence of events is nothing new to me, I have seen it time & time again so is it really that surprising that people conclude that it is actually particles rather than moisture droplets or ice crystals?

Contrails are just cirrus clouds and they form in the same atmospheric conditions as cirrus clouds do - typically before a cold front hits. That's why it usually rain when you start seeing them. Simples 🙂.

Now you notice a contrail overhead and look in the ap for the plane - and it is not there, right? Well, contrails can persist easily for a few hours. If your contrail is only 15 minutes old, the plane is already some 100 miles away or has possibly landed already. Case closed.

Because you are seeing contrails and wherever aircraft are routed on the planet, if the ambient atmospheric conditions are conducive to their formation, then you will do. The only thing that is being 'released' is superheated jet exhaust which contains water vapour. If the ambient air temperature is sufficiently low, together with the vapour pressure and the relative humidity high, then this will snap freeze, condense and form a trail. In conditions of supersaturation, this will then not only persist but expand and spread where 99% of the mass is drawn from the available atmospheric water vapour - the jet exhaust has merely acted as the trigger. No different to the formation and growth of a cloud.

With absolute humidity, not much. But at those pressures and temperatures, it takes a ridiculously small amount of water to saturate the air. The video of the back of the plane is smoke from either an APU fire being automatically extinguished, or a cold start.

On the video you mention, it is only a dysfunction of the APU , like when your car release smoke when starting your engine. APU is a small reactor to provide electricity to start the main reactors.

The Commission has investigated the matter with the Spanish authorities and found no evidence of the allegations of a military geoengineering scheme for changing climate in Spain. The Commission would further refer the Honourable Member to its reply to Written Question E‐000922/2014[1] in which the Commission emphasised that it does not consider geoengineering as appropriate for the remedy of environmental problems since environmental damage should as a priority be rectified at the source.

@@dansiwek3593 Ah right. Yes you are correct. Because jet fuel is a hydrocarbon, the chief products of combustion are CO2 and H2O. Since the oxygen adds to the mass, burning a gallon of jet fuel actually makes more than a gallon of water. In the regions that aircraft cruise (the lower stratosphere), the ambient air is not only very cold, but if the relative humidity is high and encountering a lower vapour pressure, the water in the exhaust will condense out as ice, forming a trail. A contrail may be short lived, persistent, persistent spreading or it may not necessarily form at all. In cases of high Rhi, then the trail will linger because the ice crystals are unable to sublimate back into the gaseous phase (water vapour). If the air is saturated in respect to ice, then the trail will expand, spread and increase in mass because it is almost entirely drawing upon the available atmospheric moisture. So actually, the same process as a cloud, which is precisely what the contrails that you term 'chemtrails' are.

The observable trails coming out of the back of the aircraft that you are seeing are contrails - simply condensed atmospheric water in the form of ice crystals and no different to the formation of clouds. The aviation sector is just one of the many example of an industry that emits CO2 which contributes to anthropogenic climate change.
