coulda used a guy like you about 50 years ago! Unfortunately, back then there were people who wouldn’t pass on their experience or worse, would either tell me b.s. or the wrong way to make them look better or something. Love your videos, and I learned some of what you teach through experience and a few guys willing to pass it on, but you can teach an old dog new tricks, and that’s what you do so well. Thanks 🙏👍

Great work Mike!. I have a question for you if you don't mind? I have 35sq metres of concrete to pour on an outside forecourt 150 thick with steel.road mesh reinforcement. How would you suggest that i provide expansion joints and what would happen if i poured the slab in one hit?. Thanks John.

Thank you very much for this mike. As a younger guy in the business finishing is my biggest weakness.

What would you say is the most important thing to watch for, before you get on to start finishing? Bleed water?

Mike, my brother-in-law poured a garage with fiber mesh when it first came out. I didn’t like the way the fiber mesh when finished looked like hair growing. Is it something that is normal when you add fiber mesh?
@Moco9253 жыл бұрын
Yes it will go away
@Deerhunterjs3 жыл бұрын
Take a torch to the slab, you can burn the fibers out.
@MikeDayConcrete3 жыл бұрын
We use micro fibermesh, you can't even see it unless you look really hard.
