Brother, you killed the benchmark! you made want to do all the CMs with my WB, but no matter how hard I try im capping at 35k/dps, I have all the same gear, all the same food food, why ?!?!?

What is your Ping on game? I have the same issue and what i notice is that i have delays on skill executions. Im only capping at 33k

How do you trigger relic of the fractal if you never do any bleeding on any of your attacks??? I get that you put bleeding on the target from allies, but dont you need to inflict bleeding yourself to trigger relic of the fractal???

@@mik7277 In comparison, you are trading a weapon that does a lot of burning and a lot of hits, to a weapon that does almost no burning and a lot less hits. Condi guardian always does most of its damage in burning and more hits on willbender is just extremely beneficial for Restorative Virtues.
