The Condo is so much better! The amenities are what the $400.00 is for and the security! A homes monthly cost will cost you much more! When something breaks or needs repairs, you do pay for it! That could run you thousands!!

Another reason we are moving. We can buy a home in Texas that has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms for $250K. I love it here in Cali but it doesn’t love us back.: )

You can get all of that for 250k because Texas is less desirable. 80 to 90 degrees at **night** during the summer, you’re farther away from everything and real estate is way less competitive.

Houses in America are cheap. For $250k, we recently purchased a similar specifications house in a small town in India. And it's significantly hotter here than it is in Texas. Everyday regret not moving to America when I had the chance.

hoa will pay to repair community property at a condo but then raise the hoa fees the next year to make up for it. The realtor is misleading
