I think it's still better if there's a divider in between the bed and the bathroom. The bedroom is the most private, intimate part of the house, I think, so it's always best that guests can't access it. Just put a divider, just those simple Japanese-like foldable divider ones, so that it can be removed/placed if you have guests.

These is my kind of condo, very cozy, immaculate, have natural light all over the place! To be honest i love everything from your entrance door , kitchen, lounge, balcony and bedroom! Love how simple not over-decorated and feeling you can breath and relax! 👌😍

I like your condo, it has lots of space compared to other condos I've seen on YT. I like that you have a separate dining area, spacious bedroom with 2 closets, big entry, nice-sized bathroom. And with that amazing view from your balcony, what's not to like?

your new condo looks more spacious, brighter, cozy but with a minimalist vibe! you need to leave more space later on for the baby's requirements- crib, playpen, changing station with drawers.etc in the bedroom. i loved your larger kitchen space now where Lucy will be more comfortable preparing your meals, and baby's foods later on.

After your recent vlog of how you are updating your pad in Worthing and how you decorated it so far, it made me curious to watch your condo tour in Manila. I did not know you guys were by the Venice Mall, what a mind-blowing location, and the views!!! Seeing your balcony and the initial size of it from the lounge impressed me, and then to discover it wraps-a-round the corner was to my liking, and just imagining when it is a beautiful sunny day and the natural light streaming in. You guys have a lovely condo in the middle of a very vibrant city and an excellent base to head out from to enjoy the rest of the country and South-East Asia. I just love it when I see decent people "winning" at life. :)

Thanks for the vid. I suggest you start saving for a larger refrigerator with a much bigger freezer section as you will need it for storing the MANY bags of frozen (pumped) milk, small packs of baby food, teething toys etc. We had a similar sized refrigerator as you and needed to buy a small standalone freezer to store all our baby related stuff.

I’ve read somewhere that one should refrain from installing a mirror directly facing the bed because it causes restlessness. It’s a feng shui thing.

I love the kitchen it is so nice to cook there because it is facing everyone , you do not feel segregated while cooking and if you have your little one then you can watch him/her play..love it..

very nice. i'm a minimalist. i super hate clutter so the simplicity of the condo right now is up to my alley. what i love is the natural lighting that you get from all the glass windows and i love the porch area

Love the wooden touch, 1 big painting in the hallway from the entrance to the kitchen would be good. probably a painting with something green and a wooden frame that matches the drawers...

Love the color scheme of your place, clean lines, bright, spacious and airy. Your bedroom is just the perfect size, you could squeeze in a baby coop when the li'l princess arrives. I think you need a space for your computers and auditing job, so that you could use your dining table for its purpose. Eating together is as important as sleeping together too. I also noticed that your shoe rack is not the cabinet type which conceals the shoes. Maybe some visitors would find it odd to be welcomed by shoes first thing as they enter. Yes, sharing your toilet with others may be a transgression to your privacy but you won't be having sleep overs except family members, right? Less is more, so all's ok!

I love the whole condo generally but my most favorite is the balcony. I just love the view from the outside. The fresh air and the natural light coming inside. It's crazy that it's so beautiful in day time and stunning at night. 😍😍😍

Love the clean, modern look of the condo but terribly bothered by the shoes out in the open in the foyer...Perhaps a shoe cabinet could do wonders to that space. Having shoes "displayed" out in the open brings bad mojo into the house.

Loving your new Condo very spacious, simple and tidy. The big space is very applicable when a baby is born. You can have a baby crib in the living room while you are in the kitchen cooking and can keep an eye on your baby at the same time xx

I think the cool part is you can check the mall out from your bed. What is happening, see if you want to go to the mall or not... Decide if you will get up from your bed or stay... Stuff like that..

You both did a very good job. It's all you need for a couple although you might need to find a place for our Little Baby in the future. I wanted to suggest when you bought the condo nearly a year ago to have part of the wall of the B&T knocked down to put a door for guests to enter, instead of going to the Master's bedroom. Still, the B&T looks rather big. Please do not have the shower stand fitting removed. just buy an extra one for shower rest and put it above it so as not to spoil the tiles. Lucy, I love that dress you're wearing. Thank you dears for the tour. Your families are getting excited to visit you and the baby. Take care Lucy and please don't fall. Cheers from Spain.

I love the open concept too. I do prefer a bathroom inside a bedroom, very convenient for pee breaks late at night or so, but for when you have guests, you just have to make sure your bedroom is tidy up all the time. But other than that, guys, your new condo is divine. Cool views of the city, lots of natural lighting, and nice that George has his little coffee corner out in that balcony. And Lucy, looking lovely as always, I see the bump, congrats! Is it a boy or girl? And have you already given your baby a name?

always have 3 assist = # 1 ) an emergency key , # 2separate phone for the balcony # 3 a walkie talkie , #5 a loud speaker , # 5 an alarm directly to the lobby, # 6 have a GIANT HELP I'm stuckin the balcony again sign....lol... :)) etc & # 7 ask the door man to check 2 times a day 2 check U guys out the balcony (esp when U have kids) & pay him in cupcakes .... :)) when somebody gets locked out there or if the balcony door malfunctions etc etc...I had a neighbor that got "LOCKED OUT THE BALCONY in his undies & he was yelling 4 help.. :)) (retirewiser1,09minsAd;2,33minsAdHackensackMedCntr,regionalCacare0rg)

Like how the kitchen is good sized for your condo unit, love the view as well from the balcony specially maybe at night. I just noticed the plant below the counter going to your bedroom, looks like it's a fortune plant and they say it's sap is poisonous. When the baby comes, it's better if it's not indoors. 😊😊😊 Just fyi.

The mirror is dangerous mostly when there is thunder. For me is much better to put it in the entrance area on top of the table. Just put canvas or abstract frame in that area. My suugestion only

I love the balcony. really great for hanging out for coffee drinking in the sunset/sun rise. plus the lights on the floor, lavander by the leaning mirror and the color of the furniture and tables are in contrast with the rest of the apartment. it really gives this calm mellow vibe. very very nice touch, I must say.

Your stove is not energy efficient. I would recommend to buy an induction stove top which will give you savings on electric bills, not to mention, it's quick to warm and cook.
