Born, raised and educated in Louisiana I can say I went to the same type of school and lived in the same type of community. I was raised by my maternal grandparents and I had all black teachers. One teacher in particular made me learn Robert Frost poem and made me recite it for our Superintendent. She taught me to stand before important people and speak. Not only was she my school teacher but Sunday school teacher as well. Every year I had to perform in our school plays, which prepared me for the life I have today. If Kamala Harris was a serious woman running for anything in the White House especially the Presidency, she would have sought out Dr Rice as a mentor. Mentors help to shape your future and prepare you for a great journey.

She should been made President of Harvard University. She has had a stellar career & is eminently qualified but I think now she should aim high. Run for President, Condoleeza, when the time is right. You’re more than qualified & far better than the two main candidates on offer. Don’t regret not going for it.

Thank you for sharing life experiences that matter knowing. On July 2002 there was an effort to create a COMPASSIONATE AGENDA "out of the harm that was done to the nation". There was unfortunately too many people competing for the same 'turf" according to the President's speech. Trying to put people together is never easy and one important part is to figure out what happens at the trenches of the society, places such as hospitals in New York City. One particularly relevant place is New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation which is a group of Hospitals serving collectively some of the most affluent and some of the poorest areas of the country. My experience working there as a certified medical doctor for more than a year during the "compassionate agenda" can be used to improve aspects that I believe need to be addressed today beyond two political parties. People need to start thinking rather as a nation. I can prove, for instance that the federal crime of health insurance fraud was rampant at a time when the country was going through a period of trying to heal some wounds. For instance, I can demonstrate that the act of cutting ONE patient's with an incision of 180 degrees around the neck (superficial cut) was fraudulent in nature. It was approved by someone sabotaging the Compassionate Agenda to try to make believe the doctor in training ( the "toy dog") that the use of psychotropic drugs for life to that patient was something acceptable" under the narrative that "the patient was bipolar and he had a "street altercation". The act of cutting the neck to that patient was an act of conspiracy against the "compassionate agenda" because it must have involved at least two skilled areas of the medical profession an it was no joke but a vile act to try to intimidate the American cuban doctor in training. There were cases of multiple amputations which were not necessary in my opinion and I remember the case of medical coma induced medically with risks for imminent death for the patient...same mistake repeated over and over until the probable iatrogenic death of the patient. Examples of excessive hospitalizations time was common and it was fraudulent in nature not to mention a bad precedent against civil rights. Besides the act of trying to intimidate, it is clear those hospitalizations were done to systematically collect payments of the government for something that can be described as medical insurancce fraud. I remember another example of trying to use medications with a high possibility of malformations on a young pregnant African American woman, presumably due to racism. Those acts were paired with a not suttle harassment in the form of alarms with more than one hundred decibels of noise in practically all the rooms where I was serving my patient. The reports are that the hospital at that time (Lincoln) had invested millions in a new alarms and cameras system. GPS to map the precise location of where was the "toy dog doctor" at all times was obviously used to try to create situations of sleep deprivation. Alarms are common in hospitals but when you combine them with a tracking technoligy that triggers alarms everywhere the "toy dog doctor" is moving to try to serve patients, what we have then is a sophisticated form of trying to remove compassion among all of us who have it. In some instances the sleep deprivation exceeded the 30 hours which is not acceptable when your job is to have the mental clarity to be able to serve well to your fellow American. Exposing the same doctor (s) in training systematically to that noise for more than a year is like to try to removed compassion from his or her motivation. The cases of Excessive hospitalization of up to more than three months is not necessary for people in stable conditions who were ready, willing and able to serve society in different functions and the lack of communication between some "Attendings" (some presumably under the payroll of "agencies" were creating contradictory communication with doctors in training which indicate a deliberate act to try to create confusion and to eventually remove every sense of compassion from the trainee. Let's see the document to the Federal Court where I attach evidence of my complaint about these unethical acts.. .District of NJ Docket 10-cv-94494, exhibits: 318-319-320-321- 322 and others. Thank you Heavenly Father and Holy Spirit for allowing me to go through this experience and to be able to describe it today.
