nice trip report! The airport was so crowded, like before COVID. If I were you, I'd not have flown on that flight. I mean, it looks so unsafe, the pandemic is still out there, and there was no social distancing at all

So it’s ok for you to travel during a pandemic but not everyone else? They’re all doing the same as you and we all know airlines have suffered and have very few staff available. You shouldn’t be travelling if you’re so concerned about distancing etc.

What a nightmare experience in DUS ..glad I was not there. As much as i want to return to flying, i still refrain from it. Was there a business class on this flight, and if yes, was there a separate check in counter? As to service: many airlines and hotels use corona as a pretext just to save money, both in the air and on the ground. For instance, all Hikton hotels keep their Exec Lounges closed. I just will not travel until I get the service that I pay for

Oh yes... Yeah there was a business class and they also had a seperate check-in counter. You are totally right with the limited service!

Ich weiß nicht ob ihr die Möglichkeit dazu habt aber nach meinem Wissensstand bietet Condor einen Late night check in an,der in den meisten fällen erheblich lehrer ist. Kann man aber natürlich nur nutzen wenn man nah genug am Airport wohnt.

Leider wohne ich zu weit vom Flughafen weg, sodass sich ein Vorabend Check-In nicht lohnen würde. Aber ich habe es in DUS noch nie so voll erlebt und ich fliege öfters von DUS

Die selben Szenarien gab es leider auch schon am FRA als ich neulich von dort geflogen bin. Dass alle Lufthansa bzw. Star Alliance Flüge an 8 Gepäckaufgabemaschinen abgefertigt werden muss man auch nicht verstehen...

Ich weiß dass es ein älteres Video ist aber wieso beschwerst du dich über andere Menschen, dass diese fliegen und der Flughafen überlaufen ist, wenn du selbst von dort fliegst. Du trägst ja direkt dazu bei, dass es so überfüllt ist. In erster Linie sind hier die Fluggesellschaften und der Flughafenbetreiber schuld, dadurch dass diese die Passagiere nicht trennen durch großzügige Wartebereiche bzw. es Personal gibt was die Leute anweist. Natürlich gibt es auf die Menschen die sich nicht an die Grundregeln halten aber grundsätzlich sehe ich den Fehler bei den anderen o.g. Parteien

Ich stimme dir grundsätzlich komplett zu. Ich kritisiere in erster Linie auch den Flughafen sowie die Fluggesellschaft, da diese das gesamte Check-In Prozedere am Flughafen schlecht organisiert haben. Das sollte auch eig mein Hauptkritikpunkt sein. Dazu kommt jedoch auch die Verantwortung jedes einzelnen der in der Lage sein sollte sich an „Grundregeln“ zu halten.

Grundsätzlich sehe ich im Fliegen keine größere Gefahr als in jeglicher Bus-oder Bahnfahrt. Wenn sich alle Menschen an die Regeln halten würden, würde jegliche Gefahr auf ein absolutes Minimum reduziert werden. Darüber hinaus sollte man den wirtschaftlichen Aspekt der Menschen in den "Zielregionen" nicht unterschätzen. Diese leben von Touristen und haben bei weitem nicht die soziale Absicherung wie die Menschen in Deutschland.
