Having lived here 3 years ago, I can testify that it's worth living there especially for international students. They had very good customer service, they would attend to one's problems, clean environment with game rooms, gym, theater, TV room, cleaning services after two weeks etc. I would highly recommend students wanting to stay there. It felt like "A Home Away From Home Indeed" especially being an International Student at the time.

Hi, how long does it take to receive a decision on residence applications for international students?

Unfortunately we can not provide an exact answer to this question. For the January intake, we have already made 3 rounds of acceptances and are quite full and have a waiting list now. It is a first come first serve if a room does open up now.

Hi..I have applied for residence and i have been alotted a 2bedroom suite..i just wanted to know that i will be living in one bedroom alone or on sharing?

This is taken from the Residence website: Roommates will be assigned for two bedroom suites. Students will receive an email with details about the roommate selection process. Currently, there are no plans to assign roommates for open concept suites. Students will be contacted should there be changes. Further questions can be directed to [e-mail].

Yes, you cook your own food. There is a kitchen with full ovens and a bbq area in the back. There are some restaurants and grocery stores close by as well. Good luck!

Hi there … I have a query is there any option that we have a private Kitchen in the room, instead of a common kitchen !?

No. You share a 'kitchen area' in your room with your roommate (no stove but there is a fridge and you can have a toaster oven, coffee maker etc.) and there is a common kitchen area on the main floor that has stoves and a BBQ area in the back of residence.

@@neelimad5239 Yes, you can apply before you are accepted, just keep in mind that it's a $100 non-refundable application fee for residence (in case you aren't accepted into your program). You can contact residence directly [e-mail] to see when offers will start going out.
