I love the realness of your videos. It's much more motivating to follow someone who deals with the same struggles as I do and is really honest about them. Thank you!! Since my son passed away and I took a desk job I have managed to gain 15 pounds in the last year. That puts me at 226 today. So let's do this together. I can't wait to hear your video update today. I wish you the best.

I feel 100% the same way u do. I have been subscribed to ur channel for a long time. Everyday I wake up saying the same thing. Today is going to be different , but it never is. I am on weight watchers I pay for it every month but haven't stuck with it in months. This struggle is so much bigger than me. I feel consumed by this and helpless at the same time. Lots and lots of prayer, that's what it is going to take. We can't do this by ourselves.

I am rooting for you. I totally understand where you are coming from. You can do it. One small change at a time so you're not overwhelmed. A fresh look at your options and work outs may help. I need the same encouragement, but it is not impossible. You did it before, you can do it again...just differently. Don't continue to beat yourself up. When I do that I just use that to stay where I am and disable myself from changing. Be encouraged. God Bless you.

I am so happy to see you made a video! I so know what you are feeling and I wish I had a magic answer for you. But I sound just like you!!! I have 5 kids 19, 15, 13, 9, and 3. I always thought that when they got older that it would be easier WRONG. lol But I have also had to work a pt job and that makes things even harder. But I know that we can change. I am the heaviest I've ever been and am so unhappy. But even you making this video gives me hope! We can do it!! Please keep us posted.

Snap out of it girl! You did it before and YOU CAN do it again. You are the first weight loss person I saw on youtube and you inspired me to change my life. I believe in you! Your life can be everything you want it to be and more you just have to be willing to put forward the work.

I've regained too but mostly because I'm stressed about my job situation. I live in France and it's not easy to change jobs. I'm back on track. You should also cook more because eating always the same things can be soul destroying. Weight loss it supposed to be gradual. Just get on the move, eat some great food that you make. Luckily cooking isn't a problem. Start trying to get some new recipes. Hang in their and don't give up. You can do it because you've done it before. I'm sure you'll be -2.

Sometimes we need responses like your husband gave to snap us out of wallowing in 'poor me' land. I think many of us on this weight loss journey often embrace the feeling of powerlessness, ignoring that our power is being held hostage by our thoughts and our decisions. Glad you made it to the gym! Keep pushing!!! Remember, Devision Power will always beat willpower!

Be gentle with yourself. Managing weight issues is challenging. Being a mom to four young children is stressful - even on good days. Forgive yourself for the regain & move forward - one good choice at a time. I really get where you're coming from. I lost 105 lbs & then for about 3 weeks, it was eat-eat-eat = regain. Hugs, Judith

Trust me you are not alone..... I want to tell you that you are a motivation for me. Stay positive and take it one day at a time. Try different food combinations and move around as much as possible... You have probably heard all the common suggestions but sometimes we need a reminder of them.

Do you have a park or playground in your neighborhood? Sometimes just getting the kids outside, maybe kick a cheap target ball around helps the moods and helps the kids from going crazy. Having 4 kids is an awesome job! But you are doing it. Something in you is keeping you going. The vids help you stay accountable. Hang in there, buy watery fruits and veggies to munch on with the kids. Lots of love coming your way, Mom ; )

(cont) and say to myself when I see myself slipping. I sit there and I say, "Julie, you're not going to get anywhere if you're just sitting around feeling sorry for yourself. Get off your booty, stop making excuses and just DO IT!" So, maybe thats what he was trying to do for you. Either way, you ARE a beautiful person, you're just in a little rut right now. Just try and try again to pick yourself up and keep on going. You did it before, you can do it again!

You can do it. Cherish your life and make the most of it. There's only one of you, so look after it and don't let it fall into disrepair. I speak from personal experience when I say that I know as much as anyone that life is precious. I almost lost mine, don't make the same mistake. Don't waste it.

(con't) you tell her what's going down, not the other way around. And as far as eating that same old boring healthy food everyday, just remind yourself that that food doesn't taste as bad as it feels to be overweight. And don't be so hard on yourself, you still look great. Just schedule 1 or 2 days a month where you get to treat yourself to one thing you've been craving. That won't set you as far back as completely going off plan and would. Good Luck, I'm routing for you!!!

I know exactly how you feel. I lost a bunch of weight and then let myself gain it all back. Even now, I will lose like 25 lbs and then gain some back. Lose and then gain. And somewhere in there I got pregnant and it all went out the window, especially because I had a preemie and was stressed all the time. So now it is just a constant battle for me and I get so frustrated with myself when I let myself slip because I work so hard at it and then I throw it away.

Best wishes, think of the meds you take some make you gain. Like the steriod meds and a lot of migraine meds make you gain. So be gentle with yourself..No offense meant in anyway. Your story has helped me..Dont give up.

You can do it. We all know you can and I think you do too. Just stop making the excuses. You inspired me sooo much. I'm a mother of 3, your same height, and my starting weight was 308. I'm down to 258 now and it's all because I discovered your channel. Don't let your daughter's tantrums hold you back from doing what's good for you and in the long run good for her too when she wants mommy to take her to the park to run and play or fit into those rides at the amusement parks. You're the mom

I am a chef, I am not skinny, I don't diet but I have followed you because I like your videos. And as a mother of three boys now 13, 22, and 25 I can say this to you as a older sister (I am 43) You seem to have been on the "pity pot" as I like to call it, which is fine but you do have to make up your mind and decide to get off of it. You are the only one who is unhappy about you so if you don't like you then you need to change yourself, no one else will do it for you. You will make it, promise.

You aren't the first person to have lost weight and then gained it back. I'm one of those!!! But I'm back on track and losing again and am determined to get back to where I was. We live and we learn. You can do it... you'll be there again!

You need to get on the scale so you are not guessing. There is no way to know how much you've gained and later lost without the starting number. Take the kids to the park and play. You don't have to go to the gym to get in exercise. It's getting nice out now so that will help you get some much needed fresh air and together time out of the house with the family. You did this before. You are strong. You just need to know you are. We all have faith in you. You just need to have faith in yourself.

Well the first step to getting somewhere is the confession. So, this was a necessary step. I understand that what you're husband said hurt your feelings, but you also have to try and understand where he's coming from. He probably remembers how happy and light hearted you were when you had lost all the weight and now sees a complete difference and all he wants to do is help. Sometimes hearing the truth hurts our feelings but we do need to hear it. What your husband said to you is what I try

Hi--we are in your corner. The book Beck Diet Solution made me realize that people who lose weight and keep it off spend time and effort to do it. So it is ok and necessary to practice it, make time to plan your meals of (new) things you will eat and enjoy.

Hun, don't get down on yourself! Just try to refocus and remind yourself of why you REALLY wanted to lose weight in the first place. Try to see food as fuel and not pleasure and maybe treat yourself once a week to cravings or something special. As for your age...i WISH i was turning 30! I am turning 40 next year! So enjoy your 30's with your health intact! Don't waste another decade like i did! I lost all my weight b4 i turned 30 and regained it ALL plus more b4 i turned 31!! Have been strugg

Hey girl. Have you been to a psychologist? I realized when I allowed weight/food to control my emotions the way they did that I had some issues that I could not resolve on my own. My psychologist has helped me with binge eating and I am doing better than I've been in my entire life.

This may sound radical....but I think Weight Watchers may not be the right fit for you, it wasn't for me. It made me obsessed with food. This is what works for me, I figured out my daily calories intake to keep the weight I like within the level of activity I'm committed to. So, then I have the general things I eat consistently. I don’t count calories; it's all based on portion control. It doesn't get repetitive because I'm always switching veggies and fruits. I eliminated processed food. Peace!
