Just lately I've been reflecting about how important it is not to loose yourself. Especially when you are in a relationship or you're in love. Sometimes we are too busy feeling and we fall into the well like Alice in Wonderland. Nevertheless, it's a must for ourselves to keep growing and doing what we love: reading, writing, sports, whatever. Cultivating.

YES! truly believe that's the nr1 reason couples break up. if both parties take care of their own happiness i believe the relationship will blossom as well.

With that soft spoken voice of yours, one can actually feel the authenticity in your life experiences! Love the part about "Not being ashamed of not knowing about something" and that, "Confidence is an ongoing process" ! Hope to see more videos like this one! :)

This video is far from boring - it is a good message for all. Happiness starts within oneself. Interests are essential for us. In a relationship still keep up your own interests and never just wrap yourself around one person even if it is deep love. Also never marry for money or just for stuff.

being sensitive isn't necessarily a negative thing! it shows strength to be in touch with and show emotions. but working on standing up for yourself, raising your voice, not letting negative things get you down and being more self- disciplined is amazing!! way to go

Ive been fighting for more than five years and yes i failed but i always picked myself up but this time it was different. Except you posted this and it opened my eyes about a lot of this and I can never thank you enough for it. I love you

I love what you said about “people who act like they know it all, they know they least”. I used to work with this girl (we were both interns) and she constantly corrected me and acted like a know it all. It would often times upset me, I needed to reminded myself that she was the ignorant one, not me.

It’s really easy to loose yourself in a relationship, because your ego is telling you to be one with this person or “half of” this person as they say.. to be closer, and with that comes that unconsciously you’re changing into that person. The ego is always attaching itself to a reason why you are with someone, and when that reason fades, the heart changes too. It’s very tricky. You should try to be conscious of that, be the spectator of your consciousness, so you don’t loose yourself all the way. It’s not easy, love is very strong and our egos too. Detaching the two is the key.

Really loved this video! No need to be sorry for it not being creative etc. I personally prefer these sort of raw, unedited, unplanned types of videos. It feels authentic and very relatable, like a real life conversation with you. I would definitely enjoy more of these shorter videos, where you feel like you’re rambling but in reality it’s just showing you’re being natural, just a human being. ❤️

Thank you for sharing your actual thoughts with us! :) It helped me a lot to motivate to do more on my own even I'm in a relationship. Also it's great to be confirmed in being not ashamed of not knowing everything another person tells you when you never heard of a specific thing! It's so important to keep calm then and don't blame yourself but just stay interested in learning something new. Lot of love

i love these kinds of videos! I think it's also very important and interesting that being confident doesn't mean that you are a loud person who likes being in the middle of attention. Because that's what I (and a lot of people) used to think and this mindset made me struggle with my confidence and with my personality. I'm not completely sure how one should define confidence, but i think it's about accepting yourself, being honest with yourself and others and enjoying your life although it or you won't always be at it or your best. Also, I think your confidence will always vary in different ares of life or of your personality. So, for example, i sometimes still struggle with social anxiety, but i can at the same time feel happy about my life and be confident with myself. You don't need to be perfect to be content or confident. Don't know if that made sense to everyone, but realising that helped me so much, so i wanted to share :)

Cornelia! I liked some of your thoughts, especially about confidence not being a goal that, once reached, sticks to you, but more of an active ongoing process. Just one thing that irritates me is your "be kind!" because kindness can't cope with an imperative- the thing about kindness is that it can't be forced and it can't be demanded. Greetings from Vienna!!

Please don't apologize for saying these things or making these s kinds of videos. This issues and these videos are WHY people keep tuning in o your channel! Try not to care if people think this is "boring" or "repetative, then they don't have to watch it ? it's as easy as that. The reason for why so many people tune into you chanel is that you talk about issues which EVERYONE no matter what age can relate to. We are all in different stages in life, personally and mentally, but we do neet to learn form eachother, and pay our knowledge forward. that's out job as fellow human beings. And you are doing it, whether you realize it or not...you are being a teacher for someone right now. You are planting a seed in someones mind right know. THIS is what life is about. Not that superficial shit which entertain us for a second, but the real raw emoition of the soul, the issues that broke us as a child, the anxiety the has a hold of us still. All that superficial stuff is just a shell we're hiding in, not to have to feel or face the real shit, because it's hard, and if we do face it, we might just be better people. This is what we need to talk about and share, to fix out broken confidence and broken society. Lets keep the good vibes, lets open peoples minds, lets forcus on what will make people thrive. So Cornelia, don't apologize. Do this work, that you were set out to do. Dont fight it. Just keep at it, You know you feel a creative joyfull inspiring feeling in the pit of your stomach when you do. You're doing a great job!
