Configuring a virtual gift card - YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards

Looks awesome but you never make a video from the point of view of the gift card receiver actions. You said it's possible to allocate a product and apply the gift code directly from the mail button. It would be great to demo this. The main worry for us is to see if it's simple for a user to collect the gift so we don't have a lot of after-sale to handle because people are lost. Thank you

To configure Gift Card images in the free version of the plugin, you can access the following link: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/free-version-guide/gift-card-images/ On the other hand, for the premium version, you can refer to this link: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/category/gift-card-design/ Please note, only for the premium version users would be able to upload a custom image for their gift cards.

We just can’t get our head around this issue here. When we go to create a new product in WooCommerce and chose Gift Card for product, we can’t enter an amount. There’s just this statement: Options are not available for this product, this is a default gift card necessary for the “Gift this product” feature. We already re-installed everything and went to default settings. No luck. Any suggestions?

Hello! Please note the option to set an expiration date is only available in the Premium version of YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards. If you have indeed this version, and are still unable to see this option, please submit a support ticket from your My Account page > Support Dashboard so our developers can assist.

Hi there! 😃 The option to add custom amounts is only available in our premium YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin. If you are using that version, you can enable custom amounts in YITH > Gift Cards > General > Global settings or by overriding custom amount settings in the product edit page.
