READ THIS!!!! PLEASE!!!! When throwing a body into an ocean or something like that to dispose of it, the body can float up to the top. What if they murderer didn't want to risk this happening so he attached the kids shirt to a rock so that he would be weighed down. If he was four he would be pretty light, I don't know how heavy the rock was but if the kid was bleeding his blood wouldn't add on weight. So would the rock be heavy enough to hold down his body there until it decomposes, gets eaten or some nasty thing?? I could be making no sense or completely wrong but please think about it.

I reckon he got murdered and that "stick" thing that looked like a murder weapon was his spine, (it was connected to the head and shirt where the neck would be). His body may have decomposed and because he was 4 he was so weak. I'll help you look into the case and DM you on Tiktok. Edit: Plus, as someone wrote in the comments, "a body floats" so they believed that the head is somewhere else and that rock merged with his spine causing him to drown. Since he is 4 years of age, he would've been pretty easy to sink. Therefore that statement would be proven to be true.

That's so ridiculous, I actually laughed out loud at your expense. FLESH, especially a SPINAL CHORD, IS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS TO DISAPPEAR. fish and other creatures devour detritus almost IMMEDIATELY because it's easily found, in other terms, free meal.. Even bones don't last long under water. There's no way possible that there's a body unless conditions are damn near PERFECT, and that includes water temperature.

I'm someone who's interested in true crime, and the moment I saw that T-shirt I knew damn well something was wrong. Thank you for bringing this case to light. You could have very well just helped solve this case. i dont think thats what happened he didn’t drown to death i think he was killed in another way and was just sent down there to be disposed of the shirt is bloody cause that was the shirt the kid died in the killer most likely didn’t have medical experience and wouldn’t know to puncture his lungs before sending the body down so he put the rock down there eventually the lungs expanded which made the body float up and away somewhere else and the only thing that was left was the shirt it was attached too

i saw that it’s not Michael or his shirt, but i thought the theory was a bit too far fetched. if the murderer killed the kid and brought the body, he would have been caught. for most airlines, checked baggage is 50 lbs. the average weight of a 4 year old is 40 lbs, so he’d probably be able to check the baggage in, but checked baggage also gets screened. plus, the baggage would stink to high hell and it would probably leak blood. all of these things would cause the baggage to be manually searched, they’d find the body, and either catch the guy in the airport or call ahead to the flight’s next destination (may be a connecting flight) and get the guy arrested. and if the murderer traveled with the child there’s a high chance that he’d be caught too. the security at an airport are trained to look for child trafficking. you need passports to go to another country. he wouldn’t have any identification for the child either, and normally if you’re kidnapping someone you want to get money from their loved ones? so why would you move farther away from those people? and why would you spend money? you’re kidnapping the kid for money. this might be a different child, but i think that Micheal was unlikely.

Apart from the human spine is made of 33 individual vertibrae that very quickly seperate, and don't look anything like that... there were some other bits like looked bone-like, but I highly doubt bones last 30+ years in tropical waters, that close to the shore with constant currents grinding them down. Plus the bacteria and worms that feed exclusively on bone. Otherwise the whole seafloor would be several feet deep of bones from millions of years of sealife :)
