Savaage you are an idiot. If u f.e. play in higher elos or always with friends, you won't notice them. But having a Heimerdinger as Adc without keystone masteries feeding 3/12, this is trolling. And you can't do nothing against it. This has nothing to do with mindset.i focus on winning with my team. I focus on Teamplay. But in silver or bronze u will more likely encounter boosted Yasuos, Smurfs on toplane or people that don't play at all in team or jungle and troll lanes with garen and illaoi mid and twisted fate in jungle. This is not off meta ,if your team asks you in the lobby to take ,based on the enemy pick another champ when ur top has a riven and u want to take a nasus. So no. Not all of us have this mindset u are describing. And playing ranked makes the thing much more likely to happen.
