They are pretending to be computer technicians and reputable companies, stealing from the elderly demographic and computer illiterate individuals. The only way to punish these bottom feeders is to wipe out the infrastructure they rely on to run the scams. Keep up the great work with Shu Shu. Respect from Australia.

Its crazy to think I used to get many many calls a day a week all the same scam calls over and over,at one point I used to answer just try to annoy them and waste their time, the trouble was the calls just never stopped, what I love is over the past couple of years Its all started to die down to maybe one call a day or even a week thanks to people like you fighting back, please keep the good work up one day I hope that this scam sh*t will be a thing of the past, but sadly they will always find a way of part honest people from their well earned savings.

If it was via computer, make sure that she is NOT using an Admin account whilst on the internet. Make an Admin Account, with a good password (that she doesn't know), then change her Admin Account to a Standard Account, no installs allowed. (That's for ADMIN).

love what you do! I get about six to eight spam calls a day. About half of them just hang up and the other half are medicare or funeral benefits. They always ask me my age and I tell them 71, not my real age. Then I ask them if they expect to live that long having the job they do as scammers. Then, they hang up.

One simple, easy way to ensure safety, is to NOT use the Admin Account whilst on the internet all day! Use a Standard Account, no installs allowed. (ADMIN looks after updates for all users).
