Cuomo is trying to squeeze himself out of the Don Lemon's world, but he is just as much of liar, and manipulator as Lemon. Look at the whole "ivermectin" debate Cuomo is going through. "we go bad information" is the excuse he gave about the fact that he and Lemon were on TV telling people it was horse paste drug. He didn't do his job as a journalist to look up if the ivermectin was or wasnt available as a human drug, something a shit ton of people knew, including the dumb meathead Joe Rogan that he and his network made fun off for taking drugs that animals take. The difference here is, Lemon thinks he's still have a way back into corporate news. And Cuomo is trying to tell you that he is not one of them, so he can join in the "counter corporate news space", when he knows, he will never be back as "THE" guy on TV everyday, as he was. At least Lemon is showing his true colors here, instead of pretending that "he has come around". If he wasn't fired from CNN, he would still be a mouth piece for DNC, and for whoever is paying for advertisement, like CNN that was being paid by the vaccine manufacturers, that coincidentally everything Cuomo said during that period was the exact way they would have wanted. Do not let Cuomo get away with everything he did.

They can’t do that, they’re very careful about releasing certain political opinions if you haven’t noticed. They both are pretty clearly more conservative, at least fiscally. Despite his answer to 1:37, we have to remember that his role on CNN was pretty much bring a pundit, providing commentary and opinion. Do not use ANY pundit or commentator's segment to inform yourself; they are giving their opinion. It might be less interesting, but if you truly want to be informed, read articles (and not just headlines). If we're being fair, news articles of any large organization (including CNN) are pretty fact-based. Personally, I use AP News and Reuters. Ground News is also good.

At 13:30 Don talks about mainstream media being anodyne because hosts are unwilling to say an opinion that's distinct from what the bosses and shareholders deem appropriate. He says this right off the bat of saying that CNN is highly trusted, and the hosts are honest. But, parroting prescribed talking points I think IS the most quintessential example of untrustworthiness in mainstream media. He himself is openly saying, "oh yeah we're all super trustworthy and always tell the truth and there's a mix of liberals and conservatives, but sure we just only say whatever the bosses permit us to!" It's almost like he genuinely doesn't understand what trustworthiness is.

Who are some left leaning guests that you enjoy watching who stay in the logic pocket 80% of the time? I have no political affiliations, I’m just looking for a well rounded POV from all sides. Right leaning guest certainly have their eye-roll moments but I’m seriously struggling to find left leaning guests where the entire interview isn’t one big eye roll. Genuine questions. I often disagree with many topics both right and left. I’m just looking for critical thinkers with some ability to check their own biases.
