The problem with Vivek is he had a far different energy against trump after Jan 6 when he tweeted this: "What Trump did on Jan 6 was wrong, downright abhorrent! Plain and simple! " - Vivek on Jan 6 insurrection But he soon changed his tune on trump whenn trump survived all the criticism. Vivek needs to stop being a cuck to trump in order to be taken seriously by the majority of the people!

Yes agreed. The career politicians believe they know what’s best. It’s call Elitism or they feel entitled that they are better than the common informed people. There’s a lot of common uninformed people and that’s where we get our differences. But the uninformed people are less likely to vote than the inform common people.

I can't say he won my vote for this election, considering I expected him to drop out and endorse Trump - which he did. I was and still am going to vote for Trump no matter what but Vivek 100% has my vote for the future. He is the best possible option for President after Trump because, just like Trump, Vivek isn't a politician who is bought and paid for. Vivek has more than enough money to support his own campaign without having to take orders from donors. And ultimately, he will run this country how it should be run, like a flourishing business.

I'm currently a senior in high school and just turned 18 today. It's been interesting trying to figure out who I want to vote for. I really liked this episode and Vivek gave me a lot of good impressions. I've been taking AP US Government this year and I have learned about things such as historical examples of corruption in the bureaucratic system, and I'm glad to see him address that. I have no political bias toward any particular party, I just want what's best for the country, such as getting rid of our government's hundreds of billions in wasteful spending every year (which is widely known yet nobody ever changes anything). It appears that Vivek has similar ideas and I'll definitely have to learn more about him and give him legitimate consideration.

This is a fair position. I'll be shocked if you can find a better candidate. But that's just my perspective. I'm glad that you're not going to be falling for the party line divide that's been destroying our country. And I'm also glad that you're not choosing blind loyalty to a single candidate either. I will say that I think Vivek's manner of discourse is what is so sorely lacking in modern politics. Even if the worst comes to be, I still think we can at least learn that from him. Good luck out there in this crazy world. And welcome to adulthood! Sorry we millennials haven't made things much better, but to be fair it has been quite the uphill battle. 😊

I like Vivek the most too i think, but Trump would be my second choice. I am 50/50 on Trump though because I don't know if he will truly do what he says and lay off most of Washington DC and (this time) not hire people who are part of the Swamp. Trump really demonstrated how deep the Swamp goes and how it's so hard to get rid of it. He was the first President I ever voted for in my life (and i didnt in 2016, only in 2020) because he went against the Establishment. I am 33 for context. I'd like to see Vivek run again in 2028 if he loses this time because I would love to vote for him if given the opportunity. I'll never vote for an Establishment candidate in my entire life - people like Desantis are too poltiics as usual for me even though I think he does good things in Florida. RFK I feel kinda the same about, he is anti Establishment though it seems and I would give him a try with no other opportunities. Ultimately though, we're never going to change anything if we keep voting for establishment candidates - that's my perspective. We can only fix the country by picking someone outside of the establishment who is willing to get us back to normalcy.

Son, don't fall for political rhetoric, you are too young to be influenced by charlatans like Vivek. Government need to spend money on services - are we over spending - no doubt about it - we need to bring down spending on defense for one thing. But how is this one guy who is going to be elected President going to change that. Remember the idiot Trump - oh you were too young then - promised so many things and didn't CHANGE A THING? Except run the country in to 8 trillion more debt because he removed taxes for the rich? Voting for democrats is the only way to bring sanity to the government, since you are young watch more both sides of the story, hopefully you will understand.

I am the same age as Vivek and have a 13yr old son. I think about parenting and life similar to the way Vivek does, and it makes me wonder if some of it is related to an overall zeitgeist our age group has on average (elder millennial/young gen X)? I always liked the Native American proverb that says roughly, "Our children are a gift from the creator, and they come to the world through us, not from us " (we don't own our children, they come from God and have a unique purpose). He is also right about knowing if someone is right. When you look for common values, morals, money ideas, and life goals along with a gut feeling combined...you just know pretty quickly. I began dating my husband at 20yrs old, married my husband at 22yrs old once we were done with college, and we have been married for 16yrs. The longer we are married the more I understand what love is, and the more deeply I love him. Now that I am older I think back on the people that thought it was better to wait until getting older to marry, but I think they are dead wrong. The right age to marry is when you find the right person...no matter how soon or how late in life that comes, grab them when it happens!! My husband said he knew a couple -few dates in, but was afraid to say anything out of fear of scaring me off.

Every time I see an interview like this wth Vivek, I think how great it would be to have a modern president who could change the paradigm. But, then I remember there are a few billionaires and lots of gray haired white guys in suits that will never let a disrupter like Vivek win. Just shows what could be and, also, how we are owned by the establishment. The crazy thing is that most people will keep voting for the same and then complaining about the outcomes.

As a 23 yr old Indian American, the way Vivek describes arranged marriages in the modern world is just how I see it too. Like, I'm pretty cultural/religious and rather than spend all my time, money, resources on actively dating, I'd prefer to trust my familly to set me up with who's best for me. Of course, I'm open to organic relationships or passively dating, but right now I'd rather prioritize my education and career to make myself a better suitor for when my family starts looking for matches. I especially think his point on AI matchmaking with dating apps is spot on and never really made that connection till now.

Its mainly about liberals understanding America’s TRUE history. The reason why racism still exists is because of the Democrats decades ago. A lot of them don’t know that their party is the party that created slavery and the KKK. The party switch was about the big and small government for the most part. The reason why Democrats say that is because the Republican Party apposed JFK’s (Dem pres) The New Deal. The reason why Republicans apposed these programs was because they thought they made the government too powerful. This is when the switch happened! The Republican Party was huge while the Democrats were small. They switched and it’s like that to this day!

40:15 Regarding the relationship/marriage segment: Vivek is right that marriage minded people will know within a relatively short amount of time if they’ve found their match. But the key is just that, they both have to be marriage minded. Our current culture teaches young people to treat relationships like a consumption experience, something that is there to serve their desires. Also, most young people approach dating extremely casually instead of with clear intention. My wife and I met at the age of 19, dated and got engaged two and a half months in, then married three months later; a total of five and a half months from “hello” to “I do.” We celebrate our 26th anniversary this month. 😊
