Concealed carry an open carry can be had in all states in the Union. Any state that has migrant illegally as residence, presenting threats to others, those States automatically qualify citizens call Carrie weapons openly. This does not violate any state laws it is self-defense, and self-protection. For example if somebody threatens me with a weapon and they are not from this country and qualify as illegal immigrants, then I get to defend myself with a deadly weapon.

Here's the problem with the ATF. No matter how many laws are passed criminals are going to break those law's. Now if the ATF was doing their job they would be working with the FBI, another agency that over steps its authority, and actually start removing firearms from gangs and people they know shouldn't possess firearms. But that's not the real agenda or their real job, no removing firearms from law abiding citizens is their real job and the agenda. I'm not sure why the federal government is so worried about we the people owning firearms because as long as our government is not trying to become a communist dictator government they don't have to worry about American citizens rising up against them. But maybe that's the real reason, they want to disarm we the people so they can control us. There is no other reason to push so hard for gun control than that reason.

I think there is a place for the ATF ,and that is in a small building in the middle of nowhere, with absolute zero AMOUNT of LAW ENFORCEMENT ABILITIES!
