Dear hoca, among the 3 ways of saying "When" in Turkish, which one is most common in daily conversations? Is there one which is for formal or informal speaking? Thank you.

For some reason this ğ ge yumuşak is not spelled. We the Greek spell it though. Bağlama for instance is not balama, but rather baghlama. It seems that it comes from the old Turkish. Thanks for the nice and very informative video. It helps make some things clearer.

At 04:25, does “üzünce” mean to be upset or to upset somebody else. At 05:46, would it be wrong to say “O geldığı zaman” ? At 08:16, wouldn’t “miz” be personal suffix in 2nd example instead of just “iz” ? 10:24, the last sentence isn’t clear please explain. Thank you.

Sir I have a question. How can we know that the 2nd sentence in the examples was the past tense ?
@MsBookwormlady3 жыл бұрын
I think because the second part of the sentence (sen yoktun) was in past tense.
