Dear Yasin: you've done a great job, but it would've been easier if you have created play lists for the subject you are discussing, at least one for the grammar and another for the conversation, it is difficult to find the separated parts of your videos. I would love to see them all

Hi prof. Sometimes present continuous is used where simple present is supposed to be used for example: ben çok TV izliyorum instead of ben çok TV izlerim. Is there a reason behind?
@YSN596
@YSN596 5 жыл бұрын
Maybe Turkish speakers are used to speaking this way... I don't think there is a special reason for it. but I prefer to say as in your example .... izlerim...

I thought that the question article “mi” was supposed to go at the end of the sentence. In the example in 8:48 he has “Yarin mi uçuyorsun” and to me based on what I have learned, I thought it was supposed to be “Yarin uçuyorsun musun”. Are both correct forms or did he made a mistake?
@YSN596
@YSN596 2 жыл бұрын
Well there is difference of stress where the speaker hilglughts what’s important for them to get the answer !! Yarin mi ... is it TOMORROW you are flying ? Ucuyor musun?? Are you FLYING ? in those two examples , uppercase words are the stressed words the speaker especially expresses in their questions?? I think this is question and you better learn the difference .. so far this explanation I hope gives you a hint how to use... please excuse me I can’t post lessons because I had a traumatic traffic accident near time .. take care
