Two reasons The two debuffs it got (to it's stats and to it's signature move) Power creep (ubers is now a lot stronger and during the beginning of the meta it had no chance in ou with cinderace and other threats looming around) It's sad considering it's my second favorite pokemon but at least it's thriving in UU

I am honestly surprised Conk fell down to UU. It's practically the perfect stall killer. It does massive damage with guts boosted fighting moves making it a wall breaker. But it's also a fantastic stall breaker with Guts sets giving it essentially an immunity to Toxic, and Drain Punch for self sustain, undooing progress stall teams thought they made. It also resists stealth rocks which is always a bonus. My guess why it dropped to UU though is Cleffable, but also Cleffable, and not to mention Cleffable.

it's definitely not an immunity cuz you have to manage your health a lot especially when you're switching out and into hazards, it's also mad slow and mach punch is nice vs weakened offensive pokemon but it's not breaking them at full health

I know it's annoying how much I talk about pokebilities, but since the thumbnail had Conk, I'm going to. Stall was nearly useless before Conk and Zolt's ban because of how extraordinarily powerful they were, but now it's completely dominant, being the premier playstyle

@@gogomarioloshi Not in pokebilities. The power level is higher, but the defense is even higher than the offense without Conk, Zolt, and Phermosa. Bulky offense and hyper offense are solid, but balance and stall run pokebilities their bans. And usage can correlate to quality, but doesn't always. Stall is rarely used in pokebilities because people want to use the time an OM is on Showdown to have fun rather than for metagame optimization.

Someone already explained why Blissey>Chansey in BDSP but a combination of stat nerfs, signature move nerf (Less punishing 50/50s), Dragapult being better in the OU meta rn meaning it has direct competition and shared checks in OU, all contribute to a fall to UU for Aegislash. Also, with pursuit gone, ghost is more spammable but that also means the meta will tend towards having a check or two to ghosts on a good team. Aegislash is still good tho
