And actually, the biggest question I have as a new user is creating automations or workflows that apply to ALL boards. Haven't figured that out yet so I'm recreating item after item. Ugh.

I'm unclear why someone would do this? Unless it's to create an overview board that is then the basis of a cross-board dashboard? Dunno.

Great question! Here is a use case that I see very often. Let's say you are a web development company and you have a board per client. You would want to connect each client board to your high level board so you have an overview off all of your tasks. So in this case, I want to connect many low level boards to a high level board.
