connect water line to refrigerator : Kichenaid counter depth refrigerator

This is a project you certainly take on! Connecting a water line to supply the icemaker and interior water dispenser is definitely a DIY task. I first needed to get a few supplies. With the correct supplies, this water line connection is super-easy! You can find everything at your local home store or Amazon:

Connecting the water line to a fridge is an easy task. With the necessary supplies connecting the braided water line from the house water supply the Kitchenaid refrigerator was simple and fast. I used the Oatey pipe paste to attach the brass fitting. Then all that was needed was to screw on the 1/4 in braided hose from Eastman and check for leaks.
