At 72 I'm reading my father's diaries from when I was born onwards. I'm so lucky!

Absolutely pure gold! I reconnected with my inner child after a midlife crisis and it has been so valuable, reassuring and balancing to me. My inner child is my inner guide now. This podcast is incredible and I'm enjoying so many of your talks. Thank you!

One thing my therapist asks me that is simple yet impactful is "what do I want". At first it was difficult for me to answer that question but after practicing it has become easier. I use it in a lot of situations and I think it helps me get closer to my wants and needs as a child. It feels right

We're the same age and a lot of the things you want to reclaim such as being more relaxed, emotionally open and expressive are things that I also struggle to reclaim.
