Unfortunately it appears as though none of the Sparks seemed to realize that. I'll be the first one to tell you that I'm no genius, but I think even I am smart enough to know that if someone is literally shooting the lights out on you that it might be a good idea to put someone on her and not just allow her to constantly have one open 3pt shot after another. For her own health, Cameron should never play professional basketball again. She has those long, lanky legs that vicious players can't keep themselves from trying to permanently damage. If Cameron takes another hit like she did, she may be walking with a cane for the rest of her life. She is a cute woman, and a good draw for the league, but for her own health she needs to retire.

You have to remember that in order for us to get Paige we'd have to win the draft lottery, or be willing to give up a serious haul to the team that does win it. But I do agree with you that a lineup featuring Paige, Rickea, Dearica, Cameron, and a decent big girl would be awesome next year.

The WNBA Commissioner says “They (fans) don’t want everybody being nice to one another.” I guess we now know why other players commit rough fouls on Clark and run into her on purpose. They know the WNBA Commish won’t do anything about it because she thinks she’s running a hockey league where fights have always been the side show. Commissioner, do you want to stop the nonsense (actually violence) immediately? Start fining and suspending the players who are attacking your meal ticket, and the only player in the league who has increased and heightened interest in the sport you so badly supervise. And that player isn’t the lumbering bumbling Reese who threatens breaking the backboard every time she launches her bricks. It’s the skilled one. Initials CC in case you need a clue.

Every team and every half way decent players have been hot against the Sparks. Yet I have seen plenty of yTubers saying they want one of the Guards from the Sparks. Personally I don't get it. After 6 years in the League, your numbers usually are just what they are. So bringing back a Healthy Brink and drafting a healthy Paige Bueckers will be the game plan. That's only if the lottery balls drop that way, because that is what has to happen first. It's not automatic. Next year the Sparks will definitely be in the playoffs. This year, the Suns are on a Blank Course with the Fever in a first Round Playoff game. Let's see if Marina can play as well against a decent team as opposed to right now, by far the Worse Team in the WNBA.

This is just sad. All the work from the Clark effect, and look at the HORRENDOUS attendance here. I attribute part of this to the vicious and brutal attack on Cameron Brink, whereby two opposing players should have been dragged off the court and arrested. Had Brink still been playing, success, attendance and attention to the Spark would have been bigger throughout the year. This day should have never come for the Sparks. And as I've said in other comment sections, the W needs to work to somehow create another superstar. They only have 1 so far, and they need more. I think if they worked on Sabrina's image and marketing a bit, she could be a massive draw wherever she goes. The W basically plays in 6 arenas at a time, and Caitlin alone can't be in all of them.
