Had the same problem with mine. This fixed it, although I still had a black screen, till I went into camera settings and set the video to 2.7k. As I use the P3 standard.

can anyone tell me how I'm suppose to connect with the litchi DJI app to my Android device? this video only shows with hooking jack in to controller and then the option for DJI or litchi? well my standard doesn't have a jack in my controller so what methods are for me and my standard? I've already purchased the app and it's been a week now and still no connection.

If your tab and phone are both android, just go to the play store and download the litchi app for the other device.

Hi, thank you for your video, hope you are still around ;-) I had a Nvidia tablet where Litchi worked fine, just as you showed. Now I'm trying to run it on a Galaxy Tab S2 and that popup asking which one I want (DJIGO or Litchi) is crazy, it won't stop, keep going up & down quickly, I don't even have time to choose. Any Idea on how to solve this?

Reconnect your android device (Phone or tab... ) by removing the usb cable either from the device or from the back of the controller and then reconnect it.

Adam, thanks for clarifying. I don't honestly know, because I have never been in the situation to use the RTH with the litchi. I am like you, I am hesitant to use any third party app as the primary app. However, regardless of the app, I too would want to know in case of emergency will the bird return home? I guess I should test that feature. What's the worse that could happen? LOL

Just read on the Litchi site that a known problem is if you have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with DJI Go app installed, Litchi will not work at all. DJI Go app must be uninstalled.

+Alex here is what is on the Litchi website: For remote controllers with a USB connection (Phantom 3 Advanced/Professional, Phantom 4, Inspire 1, M100, M600), follow these steps: - Make sure no DJI-based apps (including DJI Go, Litchi and other third party DJI drone/osmo apps) are running in the background. If there are any, force kill them - If you have another app (such as DJI Go) set as the default for the remote controller USB connection, you will need to clear the defaults for that app in your mobile device (Settings - Apps - DJI Go (or other app name) - Clear Defaults). Please note that with Android 6+, some devices automatically set the app you start as default, so this step needs to be done everytime you want to switch app (for example from DJI Go to Litchi and vice versa) - Start your aircraft and remote controller, and let them initialize for a few seconds - Plug the remote controller into the mobile device - You will see a popup asking which app to start, select Litchi in the popup to initiate connection Known issue For Samsung Galaxy S5, Xiaomi Mi5 and LG G4 devices running Android 6+, connecting to Litchi with any aircraft model except the P3 Standard/P3 4K will only work if Litchi is the only DJI-based app installed on the device (DJI Go, or other third party DJI apps must not be installed on the same device). For remote controllers with a Wi-Fi connection (Phantom 3 Standard / Phantom 3 4K), follow these steps: Make sure no DJI-based apps (including DJI Go, Litchi and other third party DJI drone/osmo apps) are running in the background. If there are any, force kill them Force close all DJI-based apps (including DJI Go and other third party DJI drone/osmo apps). Please note step 1 is not enough. To force close an app, go to your mobile device Settings - Apps - DJI Go (or other app name) - Force close Start your aircraft and remote controller, and let them initialize for a few seconds Connect to the Wi-Fi network of the aircraft Start Litchi
